We are a decently sized 40 slot server looking to add many new members. We currently have a very small (but incredibly nice!) community who would love to see fresh faces coming on the server. We generally enjoy keeping a relaxed atmosphere, but we still have rules that MUST be followed to keep from being banned. The rules are as followed.
No chat spamming
No hacking or cheating of any sort. First infraction will result in a warning and removal of hacked or xrayed items. The next infraction is a ban.
NO GRIEFING. My mods, admins and I do not tolerate any sort of destruction of another player's property. Any griefing results in an instant ban.
No randomly killing other players
USE COMMON SENSE.
Report any rulebreakers to a mod, admin, or the owner (me)!
We also have a tiered permissions system that goes as followed:
Untrusted- The default rank. Very limited commands. Once an admin, mod, or even myself feels you've been doing good long enough youll get moved up.
Trusted- You are able to set home, tp to spawn, and tp to others (with their permission)
Moderator- Banning, full tp, jailing, ability to see into anyone's locked chests but the owner's.
Admin - Very similar to mod. Just a few differences.
Hello, this is Hail260 and the server got greifed again. You cant go into spawn even cause it just automatically kills you. They got mods and stuff

I was on both times the town got greifed, maybe once you guys trust me i could become a mod...
:3 but anyway try to see if you can fix it, and if not just restart it, no harm.

Saw Copbot again on today, caught him in the act. He tried to put the blame on me and left.

or even better, both. I'm getting pretty tired of this, I don't know the griefers and yet they always target my place.
EDIT: Add Blackheron to the list the guys also spams swatiscas all over spawn.
EDIT: And Coldparasite + Coldparasite69, and jangster. They claimed to be part of "Delta trolls"

PS spawn got covered in lava.

Not sure what to do on the server anymore, barley anyone is even doing anything and things are mixed up as hell. Can we just atleast set up a proper spawn and a proper town?
