Accepted! And yes, it has crossed my mind that people's nameplates would show. There will be forests, and other things you can hide behind. If you hold down "shift" your nameplate will fade. It will also help if you combine this with hiding behind objects, but there isn't anything i can do for that problem. If i do find a solution, i will post it on the Main Post.

Accepted. Coal miners use torches, and any source of light is considered part of district 12. So flint and steel is acceptable.
