What you think can be improved: Don't know yet, haven't played on the server.
Previous experience: I have been a moderator/admin on three previous servers, unfortunately all have gone offline in the past few months. I have played Minecraft for about 10 months, and understand the nuances of administration positions and dealing with the 10-13 year olds that tend to sour some servers, and am known for helping new players get started. I have already identified one particular bug in the server and promptly notified an admin, although I believe it is still unfixed. I am greatly enjoying this server and look forward to seeing it come back online with a new host as soon as possible.
Skype name: I do not have Skype for lack of a webcam, however will download it for a mod position if it is needed but will only be able to talk through it. I do have Ventrillo and Teamspeak, so message me about the position if you would like

That's awesome to hear, I don't understand what "with is a very large file" means exactly (Lol Grammar Nazi) but I was wondering how to get white-listed?

Yeah I agree, a lot of younger players tend to think they're up for the job though, especially the 11 year olds, they're really well at acting mature and all. Though I don't know why people mention "been playing since Beta 1.2" or something like that. I wouldn't consider playing Beta to be a tonne of experience, I mean, you can still learn a lot in Beta but if you played in Alpha you would have experienced the game in quite a different environment.
