To all of those that know me from the server, I have a server up and running while sand's is down. 192.168.0.104:25565 is the IP. Join whenever. I am trying to set it up like sand's so there isn't much difference. One or two more plugins to go. It is public so no whitelist and anyone can join.
http://twitter.com/#!/notch read notch's twitter that's a real copy of 1.8! when you download it drag it into the .minecraft/bin and that's it. (backup your old minecraft.jar just in case you want your stuff back, mods or stuff)

Sand is the server on right now because it doesn't appear to be and it is only 7:30 your time.
