Character Description: A human of the age of twenty two, he wears deerskin clothing at all times. Nobody sees his hair because his clothing covers him from head to toe, but he keeps it neatly trimmed, along with any facial hair that he grows.
Character Bio: A young man who loves to hunt in the woods with his friends, he usually wears deer skin clothing so that he is able to sneak up on wild animals easier.
Character History: Sam was born on his father's cattle ranch in cratisha,his mother died of the flu when Sam was just four months old. He was taught by his father how to be a cattle farmer; how to milk the cows, give them food and water, and how to sYlaughter them from when he was seven years to thirteen years. Then, on his fourteenth birthday, he said to his father, "father, i don't want to be a cattle farmer. I don't want to milk the cows, feed the cows, and slaughter the cows. I want to be a hunter. I want to chase wild deer through the woods, and track rabbits through the bushes." then his father said to him "well, sam, my boy, i cant tell you what you want and don't want, but i can tell you that i know nothing of weilding a bow, or chasing deer, but i think i know some one who might." and so Sam's father took him to his good friend jeremy, who used to be a master of the bow, before he retired from a wound to his leg after falling off a small cliff. Sam's father said to Jeremy, "my friend, my son wants to be a hunter, but I know nothing of the bow. Will you teach him?" and Jeremy said, "of course! Have you forgotten after all these years that you saved me from that pack of wolves?" and so Samuel was apprenticed to Jeremy for many years, training with the bow untill he could hit the bullseye nine times out of ten at a hundred yards. His master then told him, "Sam, i think you have trained long enough, it is time for you to have your own bow." and so the now master bowman Samuel Brenen was given his very own yew longbow, which he used for many years hunting for the town before he heard of the city of immortalus, and vowed to find his way there however possible...

Have you found the creepy alternate story? When you hover over the picture with your mouse? Seriously creepy, and makes it hard to process two stories at once. Still, I hope it ties in with the main story!

Character Description: A young demon of the Nether, not much is known of his physical appearance as he is always dressed in a dark hooded robe, what is known is that he has peircing green eyes and a scar on his left eye. It is thought that he has pure white hair, but this can not be confirmed
Character Bio: Skilled in offensive magic by other dark mages of the nether and as such prefers to use it in combat. Smart, witty and insightful, yet not cocky and even calm and collected at most times, while still relatively new to the dark skills of a demon mage has shown great promise and power.
Character History: Born from the flames of the nether Maldrix had the typical life of a young demon, helping to protect his home from the other dangerous creatures of the realm. While in a group of other demons sent as a hunting party to hunt and harvest the pork of demon pigs, some of the elder hunters notices that Maldrix unlike other hunters which used there bows, uses the low level fire spells that all demons were born with the knowledge to do, he also showed great skill in using the low level fire spell, at one point even defeating a ghast and protecting the other young demons. Once his skills were discovered he was quickly recruited by Circle of Magi, a group of mages devoted to exploring and furthering there skills in the arcane arts. Maldrix spent many years here and gained many skills but quickly grew bored of it all, living a sheltered life with the circle was not his idea of fulfilling his purpose. So Maldrix, now a your adult, left the circle, and now travels freely between the human world and the nether, seeking to find things that may stimulate his interest and give his life a purpose, he does not care for what the humans call "Morals", as a demon many people think he prone to evil, but he is able to suppress his baser demonic instincts and do what some may consider good, he cares not for the outcome of his actions, if a human benefits or suffers from his actions is not his concern, although his travels in the human realm has given him a new appreciation for them and he does not go out of his way to harm them.
Character Class: Dark Mage
Place of Birth: The Nether, exact location is unknown as most demon colonies are not named.

I'm curious as to how y'all are going about writing a /nether type of command plugin.
My programming knowledge is a bit limited as far as Java goes, but I can at least follow the logic of it.
Is it as simple as the following?
-Halt all player movement. (See how the class responsible for beds/sleeping does this?)
-Make sure player isn't looking at any ovens, workbenches, their inventory, or going to bed.
-Begin 'teleporting' player to nether in a similar fashion to how nether portals do this. (teleport after a duration, player's location is set to an equivalent nether location, maybe some combination of code from the class responsible for doing this for nether portals and any plugins responsible for teleporting players to and fro which admins are usually capable of).
Oh and here's another question while I'm thinking about demon/nether teleporting. Does the demon actually have the means with which to go back? You never explicitly said that demons could (after the pseudocode is turned into actual, working, 'bug free' (remember: it's not a bug, it's a feature!) code) that the demon could teleport to the nether and then teleport back; only that they could go to the nether.
While most would imply that the /nether command (or perhaps a separate command for demons like /world) would take them back to the normal game world I've been through too many (school) classes where 'implicitly implied' things came back to bite me in the ****.
Thinking more along this topic... You said, I believe, that demons were (currently) the only players allowed into the nether. Now if I remember my microeconomics correctly this means that there shall be a limited number of players allowed into the nether, and therefore only a select few players will be able to acquire and sell nether-related materials such like netherrack, glowstone, soul sand, and abundant amounts of lava. This would make those players quite wealthy assuming that other players wanted those materials badly enough. Now then, with that thought out of the way, assuming that demons could only teleport to the nether, but had to find another means with which to return it wouldn't be so bad given the compensation offered by being the primary suppliers of those aforementioned resources.
The above of course is completely null and void if everyone can just use portals and are allowed to enter the nether by that means of course, and then nether teleportation may be merely a good means of escape rather than a means for travel (again, assuming that the /nether command is just a one-way trip).

In other news I just made a solar-powered fan outta a failed solar-cellphone-charger experiment IRL :biggrin.gif:
Admittedly there's not much airflow, but that can be fixed with a simple rewiring (parallel circuit to series circuit to acquire the voltage the fan needs) :smile.gif:

Originally I wanted to charge my cell phone off of it, but for some reason my cell phone just didn't accept the power the panels provided :sad.gif: It worked for other USB things though, non-digital stuffs. Glad I made it possibly useful again tho :smile.gif:
