A few days ago I set up a bukkit server and now it's %100 redy to go live =D
So.... seing as how awesome roleplay servers & thr yogcast are I got there mistral city custom map and made the surver RPG or hopefully soon to be MMORPG (< a gamer joke... it meens massive multiplayer online role playing game.... mine wont be that big)
So lets get striaght into it shall we?

No griefing
Stay in character
Don't have more than 2 homes......

With that said griefers cant grief though reson taken in form of quote:
Complete Grief Rollback: A griefer, meanieguy, comes and starts griefing away when your admins are away. And when I say grief, I mean grief. He gets his hands on buckets of lava, TNT, and goes to town. By the time an admin gets back on, meanieguy and half of your town is gone. The admin can quickly and easily identify that meanieguy was the crook using /bb here or the SuperSticks. After that, all he has to do is issue the command: /bb rollback meanieguy, and everything is back to normal. Flows of lava is cleaned up, TNT explosions have been fixed, welcome signs are back with their sometimes-odd text, chests are back with their original contents, and your users are happy

That I.P is a working I.P seeing as I put that veary I.P in the server.properties
I don't understand if you mean working as a temporary placeholder (that doesn't even work) or one that actaully works, I'll assume the latter judging from the posts above me.
Firstly, that IP is your or the server's internal IP, therefor NO ONE can connect to it other than someone on your LAN (Local Area Network)
From that I'll assume you don't know what Port Forwarding is either, another addition to the tower of "servers" with owners that know nothing.
I don't intend to insult you, but you should learn a thing or two before attempting to make a server
In the case that I'm wrong and have made a **** of myself, I apologise, otherwise - Yeah, learn moar.

1 question....:
Do u guys connect with the IP I use for internet or the one in server.properties?
By the one in server.properties I mean the one I get in cmd when I type ipconfig
