I think I can take this role as a crafter
Crafter - Builds the bases and crafts the tools. Uses the furnaces as well. Also is in charge of making and keeping crops. Haps burger can help me but I see he is labeled as "mechanic" so that will be useful since I know nothing with redstone :tongue.gif:
Although I said I would like to join the shire, if there will be a trading/farming faction, then I would like to join them (I'm not sure if that will be the Shire).

Maybe you guys can spawn a bunch of and we could use it as money, I wanted to use gold, but I releised that its too rare for common currency.
Or, maybe instead if acual currency, everything could have a value. 1 5

So a diamond I's worth five gold, and gold I's worth 10 redstone, etc. Redstone I's low because of its commonness.

I realize im not even part of the server but i saw your post and i was thinking that gold would be the best way to go for currency seeing that it is rare just makes it worth more than the other metals

We would love to have you in the shire. We have a farmer but could use a trader! Your job as trader is to take the peoples goods to the marketplace then return with the money :smile.gif:
You could also help out Colinnn on his farm but since your the first trader you are the master trader, if that interests you.
The only thing the shire really doesn't need are spies.
