Perhaps I'll start a faction. I believe I'd have enough free time(I'm on the Eastern Time Zone).
I am actually just starting out in Minecraft, and was kind of hoping for some help starting out while simultaneously being in a role playing environment.
My IGN would be Ravencroft, a surname. I have yet to decide on a first name for my character.
If you don't wish to let me in due to my inexperience with the game, I will completely understand.
Also, what sort of setting will this be? A medieval one? I'm assuming this is the case with the "Guard" occupation.

I would like to start a faction, eventhough you may already have too many but hear me out... I would like to start a hobbit faction like in Lord of the Rings. Make a shire, hobbiton - a hobbit town. Hobbits are peaceful, neutral people. We fish, mine, farm, hunt, cut down trees, plant new trees. We use the universal currency that everyone else uses in the outside world and we accept visitors. We dont always pay eachother in gold but we may barter. We do not engage in war unless the fate of the world depends on it... like if someone has to destroy a ring
IF you dont want any more factions being created than I would love to build, own, and work in a tavern... selling food, providing some rooms for travelers to sleep in, and giving townsfolk a place to get together and gossip.
My IGN is nick_will_18 and I've been playing Minecraft since it Beta began.
I wouldn't start my own faction. I may join one, but I'm not too keen on being assigned a job, so I'll probably end up being a raider or a hermit :smile.gif:

Andrew Weasley, you'll start "The Shire" then. Coincidentally I am naming my faction Anduril, Flame of the West . Blizzlock, you'll start a faction, you need to name it though. KyuyaJustin, I am sorry but I don't really think 3 mo. is enough experience to make a faction. I'm sorry, but I will recommend you as a vice governor in the faction of your choosing. Conkius, you'll start the last faction before startup. All the rest of you will be added to the Whitelist, and C. Ravencroft, I'll mentor(look at side jobs) you in my own faction. You are a limited time case though, and not many have the same chance you do. Zeratul_Auditore, you will need a mentor as well, or else you won't be whitelisted. I will whitelist you as soon as someone becomes your mentor.

Alright beautiful, can't wait for the server to be up to start the building. I wish I knew of any good hosts but I'm afraid I don't. Can't wait to hear back when the server is up.
