The server is split up into one empire, this empire is ruled under a dictatorship, one leader, and two advisers.
The empire is split up into sub sections, one being the civilians (Which are Neutral) and the government, each section has jobs, which are choosen on
applying. These are as following:
Hunter - Civilian Miner - Civilian Craftmen - Civilian Building Architect - Civilian Weaponsmith - Civilian Scout - Government Soldier - Government Ship Architect - Government Government Offical - Government (Can only be 4) Adviser - Goverment (Can only be 2) Leader - Government (Can only be 1)
(Any other jobs just add to this)
If the civilians aren't happy with their current leader, they're allowed to revolt, or create a series of resistances, resistances are a group of people who dislike
the government, although you may be part of a resistance, you are still considered a civilian, meaning you still have a job, and you still have rules. If you join
a resistance your name will be written down by the resistance leader, and no one other then the leader, and other resistance members will know you are one, if the
government officals find you, you may be exiled, at which point you are allowed to build what ever you want so long as it's outside of the city, if you're exiled
you will be killed upon entering the city for tresspassing.
This adds the challenge for the government to find who's trying to overthrow them, and also gives the resistance a bit of a challenge with trying to only let in
trusted people who wont rat out the other members. This does mean that the government people are allowed to join a resistance, but be warned, they can rat you out
A resistance can overthrow the government by changing the flags around the city to their colour, and killing the governments leader, once the flags are replaced, and
the old leader has been replaced, the resistance leader chooses who takes over, and once they're inside of the main room (Throne room) they're considered the leader.
The resistance can only overthrow the government if one of these rules are met:
3 Government Officals, and the Leader have to be online.
Both Advisers, and the Leader have to be online
Leader, and 5 other government led people are online (This includes government members that are with the resistance) Court must not be in session for an attack to be led.
(One problem with this idea, is that OPs (Admins) cannot take apart in this as it would give either side a greater advantage)
Invading in the resistances channel will not result in any punishment, it is up to the resistance to keep their members safe, even if it means creating a xat chat, or something along those lines.
To all the surviving bots members, will join together once more! we will all join the same faction (if possible) we shall all pick one side our power shall be able to aid the cause of destroying the other BOTS REUNITE!

I love it! But to start off, I'd like to go a bit simpler. Maybe after the first Base Capture game finishes, we use this format. I absolutely love it though!
I'm going to leave it at that. We'll try the simple method, two factions, then we try Drev's method. It will be fun! Call it an experiment if you like.

No dude... What you do is you build it in your single player map, with the seed he asks for. You get a inventory editor, Invedit is my favorite, and spawn the items. This is single player not on a multiplayer map. Then you send the file for the map to cala.

your "simpler" way has a lot of problems, it'll all end up how the server currently is, atleast with my way you have an option to stay out of wars.
My way also lightens the load for the Admins, and it allows the creative players to be left alone while you do your thing.
