But for the video, i cant fix it.

I believe that that is the wrong ip. that is your routers ip that only works for you. You need to hand out your public ip which you get when you portforward. or use hamachi and then you don't have to portforward. (I just realized that someone beat me to saying this but a website that helps with port forwarding is http://www.portforward.com)
