What I am looking for is....
spleef arena + nspleef plugin (or if you have plans to build an arena)
medium amount of players (7-20)
minimal lag
lots of space
some anti-griefer measures
some player run stores perhaps?
and some other features of your server

Today is creeperz hugz day! celabrate by inviting a creeper inside and giving him a hug. They will just EXPLODE with emotion!!!!!!!
