For people constructing survival levels, I think it'd be great if we could place mobs in Creative mode which start in the same place in Survival mode. Likewise, being able to add specific spawn points for creature types (which would drain the max number of spawn groups, perhaps eventually subsuming them to player control) would also be fitting.
This has a lot of applications; Skeleton arrow towers! Designated farms! Zombie obstacle pits! Did I mention skeleton arrow towers? More would become evident, of course, as more mob types are added.
I really think the fun of single player levels in survival would go up a lot if mappers had control over mob spawning locations. As is it's just random chance whether they spawn in one area or another, but with this players could put them in specific rooms for battle, etc.
I just had this scary thought of a spider falling towards you with 3D on.
I keep hoping for that. As soon as I find a pair of 3D glasses :tongue.gif:. I swear their hiding from me. And when I do find them I put them away where I forget :tongue.gif: Its a real pain in the ass to find the bloody things.
