The entire reason I made S.M.U.R.F. is to help people out at improving their zombie ass-kicking methods. You're not helping the situation. Anyway, all S.M.U.R.F. entries must be in by Saturday, for those who don't will end up starting in the second round.

My zombie killing skills have greatly improved as a result of this training. Now I need to work on my skeleton combat skills. :-)

Something I want to clear up for the sake of organizing stuff. If you've submitted your things for S.M.U.R.F. and you're not in the roster, that does not mean that you will be denied your scores and side-quests for the first round. You will be added to the roster, and your scores will count for the first round. Do not panic if you're not in the roster. I've been doing work and things, but I am on my own case for the S.M.U.R.F. roster.
Ok count me in as a mapper. I'm working on an epic 256x256x128 flatgrass castle town right now and pretty much the whole map (ground level) is going to be used. I'll come in as a hunter later. But yea don't expect the map any time soon.
edit: i have an idea for the submitting. animator, you could set up an email for submitting scores (idk... [email protected]... maybe) so the forums itself isnt actually used and flooded. that way you can sift through and find a bunch of helpful posts, tips and ideas. versus going through the score submitting to find suggestions for you. or tips/ideas on how to beat the map (IE get high scores) for the newbs.

hay can someone get me a small flatgrass map that i could build on. ive got an idea for a map that i want to try but dont have omen so i would have to build from scratch. anyone got a flatgrass.
creepers actually do stuff now. when i died there were craters everywhere.
Edit. after playing for a bit, i built a house into the wall to defend myself, then there was a huge creeper wave at the top of the arena and the all fell. right. in.front.of.my.HOUSE. by the time i thought it was done i had a giant pit for a yard that had over 200 blocls of material in it. also there was lava. LOTS AND LOTS OF LAVA. that **** is fun

Remember, just because you're not in the roster yet doesn't mean your score won't count for the first round if you already turned it in. Once the 3 hours are up, all other entires are not accepted. Tomorrow, I will announce the next map, side-quest, and issue out medals where medals are due. I will also launch S.M.U.R.F.'s own e-mail (by the idea of chrstfr) so you can submit scores there instead of here tomorrow, for the sake of keeping the clutter away. I will discuss this more in-depth tomorrow, but for now, GET THOSE ENTRIES IN BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE. I even set up an internet timer for this. Good luck.
