Well, so far we've seen the plans for a pickax, a sword, and an iron block.
What suggestions do you have for craftables, whether they be existing items or totally new ones? For example:
A wool brick above a piece of coal above a piece of wood should produce a torch.
For new items, do the same, and describe your suggested item as necessary. For example (Stolen from someone on IRC, claim it and I'll give you credit here, I don't remember who said it):
Three cloth bricks in a horizontal row produce a parachute, which allows you to drop long distances safely.
