Wheres the Beta for Canadians?

When i go to the minecraft homepage it says the beta is there but when i open it in browser it says theres an error. When are us canadians going to get the beta fixed?

Beta is working fine for me, and I live in Nova Scotia.
Just open the client and it should update to beta all on it's own

Works fine for me and I live in New Brunswick. also by fine I mean it works but I get an fps of max 25.
