hi everyday my password resets and i always ask for a new one, and i'm getting sick of it, and i was wondering if i'm the only one with this problem? if so can someone help me deal with it?
This is definitely NOT Normal. My first suspicion is you are being keylogged and hacked. Although I've been known to be paranoid. Check your computer for viruses. If your computer is m&v free, then send an email to Mojang Specifications and get to the bottom of the situation.
They are both free, and better then anything you can buy (besides nod32).
It's generally a bad idea to have two separate antivirus programs running at once, as they conflict with eachother more often than not. Personally, I use AVG, and it has not slowed down my computer at all. In either case, I would stay clear away from Norton and McAffee, but of course that's just common sense.
Definitely a keylogger I'm guessing. Someone's recording your passwords. Get malwarebytes (malwarebytes.org), it's a non-real-time (scans when you want it to) AV but it picks up a lot of stuff. Then get Avira (free-av.com) for a real-time (always scanning) AV. Both are free. NOT trials. Actually free.
DO NOT GET NORTON OR MCAFEE. They literally DO NOT DETECT ANYTHING.

Good advice. All except the very last line. Norton and McAfee anti-virus products, do a somewhat decent job at detecting and isolating / fixing viruses and malware. There are 2 main problems with both of those products.
1) They are too big and try and do too much for the non-business user.
They take up so much computer power that it becomes it becomes a question of "What's worse, the virus or anti-virus program?" Personal computing doesn't require that comprehensive of a security solution. All that is needed is an email scanner and a disk / memory virus scanner. Everything else is a waste of resources and usually a duplication of effort.
2) They are relatively slow to respond to new viruses and the subsequent variants.
These are the real threats. Most anti-virus programs can detect a virus that has been in the wild for 2 months or more. In addition, a lot of new viruses hide specifically from Norton and McAfee now. So the few days / weeks before they modify their detection engines, the damage is already done by the viruses.
All that said, I really *really* hate both Norton and McAfee anti-virus products. I have spent countless cumulative hours getting rid of those programs on computers (they are a ***** to completely remove), and installing any of the previously mentioned *better* anti-virus programs.
I am certain that normal viruses and keyloggers don't try to steal your minecraft account. It's more likely something that somehow connected to minecraft, like mccheat which already exposed to send your username and password to some email. Or a douchebag friend you ever lend your computer.
Talking about anti viruses, I use ESET NOD and it is quiet save with custom strict settings (which actually too save, it blocks cabal online some time ago ;P )and it is not resources hog as long as I know. I don't use anything else like anti malware bla bla. But obviously no anti virus can protect a person if he/she keeps being ignorant on how to identify threats.
ok i installed a new AV, changed my password, changed my e-mail's password, and my password haven't reset yet, i really hope that it doesn't anymore.. ya know since the minecraft beta is coming out
