Well?
It seems like everyone (including me) who isn't using McAdmin has posted a help topic because people would get the "connection refused" error. However, it also seems like more and more people are startin to use McAdmin...
Notice the pattern?
So is there a clever way to get the server software to work? Are we screwed until the next patch?

McAdmin is in no way affiliated with Minecraft so it would not matter.
Most people use? I would say most people do not use that software. I know a lot of people use MyMcAdmin but it is because it makes it easier to manage the server.. not run it.
Also, why even continue to use McAdmin with all the other great software out there that isn't made by unstable developers? :tongue.gif:
Jesus christ, let it go man, he's human and made a mistake, corrected it, and even made his **** open source.
And I use McAdmin and a plain hMod server, and my McAdmin isn't working right now. But I believe it has something to do on my end. Something about a Error occurred during initialization of Virtual Machine, and could not reserve enough space for object heap.

Many will never -ever- "let it go"
I will not run McAdmin ever again.
And that's their right. I must agree with Potato on this though, but this is not the place for such a discussion, since it is wholly off topic.
Anyway, I use MCAdmin and my server is working correctly. I believe that Colin is correct in the assessment that you are extrapolating too much without enough information.
