No lie, fire completely wrecks a server's ability to NOT grind to a screeching 15minute lag delay. Anyone else got this?

I experienced this too, fire makes the server FPS plummet like a f*cking meteor.

same, here, servers i have been in about 60% dont fire lag

Was it the one with all the tnt by chance?

I think the fire causes too many updates on the server about the state of surrounding objects.

Fire is fine on all my friends servers and mine.

Hell, we were lighting everything on fire.

Yeah fire in a 16+ player environment is a laggy hell. I wish I could test it out with a small group of people to fully enjoy it. Oh, well. Gotta wait for my R/L friends to catch up on this.
