I am still working on the job system I have set up.
There is whitelisted, so you need to be on the whitelist to join, to get on the whitelist, just post a reply saying you in game name (IGN), what faction you want to be in, what job you want, and the reason you want to join my server. Example:

Faction: Empire
Job: Miner
Reason to join: blah blah blah
