Why isn't my home set to where it was suposed to be?! I HAD 18 DIAMOND IN CHESTS AND 51 GOLD, WTFBBQ
It was because there were a few LOOOONG strings on the map (like legs) of people who just walked in one direction for like 10 minutes. We chopped those off to dramatically reduce server lag/ map size.
We removed the /home so you don't /home out into the void and crash.
As for items, let an admin know, they'll take care of it.

I can manually shut down using the "stop" command and it WILL save the map, items, chunks, player location and everything. The only time it ever loses that information is if the server LAGS out and I can't run the stop command.
Finally took the time to join the Minecraft forums, haha. So yeah, I play (and moderate) on this server, and it's definitely the best I've played. No writing a novel just to get whitelisted or anything like that, just mining, building, crafting, and a good time.

Yup yup :biggrin.gif: We work hard to keep it public. A private server would be so much easier to manage.

Btw, minecraft.net seems to be back up so people can connect to the server again.

I really hope the map doesnt get restarted, but if it does, it'd be nice if you could upload it somewhere jadon, so people can grab it for old times sake :smile.gif:

We have backups every couple day or so so even if it gets griefed we should still be able to get it.

Did he actually ban you? From his POV it probably DID seem like you were guilty and may have messaged you with a not-so-happy tone.
He plays normally on a different time so he probably doesn't recognize you.

Nope, but now he's all silently following me just to see if I will "Grief". And I just went there for my bank account and told odjit. And I am usually @ the same time as him online.

Odjit could you please unban me? I'm sorry I placed the torch! I figured it would be okay or someone would tell me to just put it out. I know you gave my warnings, etc. but I wasn't building around it or anything. I realllllly like that server so uh yeah...
