No, it's completely illegal to distribute any part of Notch's coding. Notch is the only one who can give anyone a copy of Minecraft, otherwise it's piracy.

Yeah, Notch doesn't like people distributing past versions of minecraft for any reason.

If you just want crazy monster spammage, I'm sure it wouldn't be impossible for someone to make a mod for it.
