as far as i know, the nether has the random bedrock but also one full row of bedrock - so there's never a hole. I don't think anything was changed on normal maps, though... It would require a new algorithm or an extra y-layer.
well i took a xray of my map and whitelisted only bedrock when i used to do it there where holes all over the place now there is none at all just complete black
Personally, I think that's awesome, now I don't have to deal with people building random drops newt to my structures just because they found a hole in the bottom.
Although looking into the distance, it seems pretty likely that the hole through the adminium was made in MCEdit or the like, there isn't a single other hole in sight.
I just created a video (channel in signature) where I attempted to find a roof void in Nether Land, but was unable to.
Does anyone know if there is one?
Cheers,
MexicanJezus
oh wow, really?
Why take away the void? It was fun, I like my roller coaster of death, but in new maps it's no longer possible? Kinda crap.
