I had a thought that would be awesome if it was one of the secrets of the holloween update, or part of a future update.
what if when you die, your spawn shifts to a random location?
for exammple, you die while fighting off monsters from your base, ull respawn, but in a different location within the same world. youll have to build up your materials again. and either start anew or try to take back your base. which would by now be over run by mobs, your torches broken, and bits and pieces of your base broken.
i think that would be quite interesting.
give your thoughts of new ideas that could possibly be in this update, or wishful thinking for upcoming ones.
remember NEW ideas not stuff people have thought of or idea tossed around the forums.

I don't want a gold star, because gold is useless.
You could be hundreds of miles away from your home - it would be like starting over again, in which case you might as well delete that save file.
New spawn mechanics would be interesting, but considering the Minecraft world can be 8 times bigger than the surface of the earth, I don't think this is a very good idea at all.
i had thought about the travel distance as well. you wouldnt spawn just randomly in the giant world of yours. maybe like within a 2 to 5 chunk radius of your previous spawn point. where your not too close to quickly get to your base, but not too far as to never be able to see it again.

This being an option would be very cool. Add another difficulty mode or something that shifts your spawn on death. Re-discovering old past kingdoms and creations would be very enthralling.
