After a few weeks of constructing a Falling Water-esque mansion and mining the heck out of the earth, my brother and I decided that the time was ripe to declare Notchism a religion that is exclusive to the fantastic community of Minecraft. Our first step was to build a statue of Notch, complete with Superman style "N" logo on the chest.
Hey, I'm totally cool with this. It's got to be better than Scientology, that's for sure.

If fanboy is defined as someone who believes in something despite what the opposition says, then most religions can be defined in terms of "fanboyism". Notch is my hero, but Minecraft is not my life passion.
