My unfortunately terrible computer can't run TF2 for various reasons. Also my fibro is flaring up so that means masturbating is out of the question, which is part of the terribleness of the day.

Serious answer: Luckily I don't have too many bad days but when I do, I find that trying not to think about what happened works. Also I usually tend to listen to my iPod to try block out everything around me.
If it's 2:30 in the morning I would go back to bed, get rested for the actual day.
I'm a bit nocturnal, it's not the time I usually go to bed yet, I'm leaving at 1:30pm so I'm probably going to go to bed around 4-ish and sleep 'till 12:30
