semicolons separate two independent clauses
since "it" is a pronoun substituting for "Nazi" his 2nd clause is dependent on his first clause
so the sentence is comprised of an initial clause and a dependent clause
so a semicolon makes the sentence wrong
grammar is fun :-)
No, it doesn't matter what "it" refers to. It's a separate clause, and must be separated from the main clause in 1 of 3 ways:
1. I'm a grammar Nazi. It's my job.
2. I'm a grammar Nazi; it's my job.
3. I'm a grammar Nazi, and/because it's my job.

No, an independent clause can standalone as a sentence and make sense.
It's my job is not a complete sentence.

neither and or because would make sense in that sentence, it screws up the syntax
Let's think about it like this, as kids: A boy hits a girl and gets told off for it. A girl hits a boy and gets a slight slap on the wrist for fighting. A girl says boys are inferior she's playing. A boy says girls are inferior he's sexist. Someone gets denied for the cheer-leading squad for being male, it's okay. A girl gets denied for the football team for being a girl the coach is fired for being sexist. Girls get a lot more special treatment then males.
I've learned that the vast majority of females prefer to be manipulative witches of some kind or another, so I've long since given up on them.
Bat an eyelash here, wink an eye there, flash a smile, wear provocative clothing, get everything for next to nothing in return. Blah!
I wish I could act cute and innocent and never have to work another day in my life. :tongue.gif:
This man quoteth the reason why I would only want to be in relationship with another man. From all my experiences, I've found other women around me to be manipulative, unfair, and driven to change you from your comfort zone.

That sucks.
I've met a couple of girls who aren't like that at all, and all of them that I've met are my friends. It is quite rare though.
I find it extremely unfair that girls have so much influence over guys(and some girls) while guys have nothing. I mean all a girl has to do is do something even remotely sexy and they get what they want. as a guy we have nothing even remotely similar. I mean its not like we can rub our balls or something and get whatever we want. I would be semi-fine with it but then girls then try and complain that they're the ones with no power and keep trying for civil rights!
Whatever my point is that women have some unfair advantages over men but act like men have all the power. Discuss.
and the only girls whose actions are influenced by dicks are sluts

When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. I don't want your damn lemons! I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!
Why are guys even influenced by "Boobie magic"? Makes no sense to me. Hi person I don't care about brushing your boobs on me. Here is my wallet, SSID, Bank info, a copy of my birth certificate, and anything else you want... What?

my (indirect object(I think))
job (direct object)
For the record.

Ah, yes. The Friends Zone. Of course that's never a manipulation in its own right... naaah!
"Oh, you're such a great guy! I wish I could find someone like you someday!"
"Uh, hello? I'm standing right here. We're friends. I think you're pretty awesome too, you know."

I cuteface and act snuggly. :3
Which, to a lot of guys, is sexy.
That disturbs me a great deal.
You know what's beautiful? The English language.
You know why?
"It is." is a complete sentence. It's logical nonsense, but it has a subject and a predicate and they're in the right order for the context.
Also, on-topic, women only have this kind of power when you're a gutless, spineless guy.
