There is a line of blocks ABCDEFG, all next to one another.
First, a 1-tick pulse is sent to A. Then, 2 ticks later, another. Then, 2 ticks after that, B, and so on.
AABBCCDDEEFFGG all one tick pulses, with two ticks in between. I've been trying to do it for a while, it's quite challenging. And try to do it without huge repeater lines.
I have one. I need a COMPACT mechanism to create a sort of lock. What happens is a first button is pressed, and sends a pulse to one half of the mechanism, triggering it to set itself up for the second half, as well as powering a dispenser for a single tick. The second half, triggered any time after the fact, will create a second, singular, pulse, that can ONLY be triggered after the first button has been pressed, to power said dispenser, as well as reset the first half/entirety of the mechanism.
I keep coming up with designs, but they get foiled by the fact that a piston can be powered by the block it pushed up while the head is still extended. Why the hell is the base of the piston power-able by the runoff power from a block on top of the piston head that has a repeater going into it?
The big problem is that the second half CAN'T power the dispenser until the first half has, BUT also has to be able to reset the first half of the mecanism each time, while resetting itself, or at least being able to be reset by the first half.
The reason I need this is to set my elevator up, and each floor can be selected from any floor. To do this, I need to make it so that coming from a higher floor doesn't cause you to take damage. This was easy enough on the first floor, as it didn't require a dispenser, the water flow could just be always on. On other floors though, due to awkward Dispenser mechanics when powered while being used to create/destroy a water source in front of it with a bucket, but only doing it once. It takes two ticks to reset the mechanism, but I can't have it trigger every time the second action is triggered, as that would flood the elevator as ALL the second actions are linked to one button, but the first action is linked to one button per floor.

I'm making a very redstone heavy map, I need help with the puzzles, I have 3. I'm also trying to recruit a terrain editor. PM me if your interested. Actually, I probably never read it, [email protected]
I have a small house probably 12x12, and there's a 4x4 hole in the back that goes down to my Nimcave. I need a way to either have a hidden elevator there, or a 4x4 hidden trapdoor that lets you go down there.

Redstone Time Machine. I need it done by yesterday.
Really though, I'd be interested in seeing the circuit behind a timer with a display. I've seen them in a few maps keeping real time (either counting down from 15 minutes, or counting up for a time trial). I'd try and figure it out myself, but I know it's got more pieces to it than I want to bother with. I'd probably be more interested in a timer that counts down, if they were all that different.

Note: I realize this may have never been built, and don't claim to know the amount of time this'll take or that I've built it myself.

Umm okies i have one, do you know of tekkit?

Well tekkit is an illegal and non-vanilla client. Doesn't count.
its something I wanted someone to do, could you do it for me please?
Lol, here you go:

You'd just be reversing the piston tape
