I have been working on building several different machines that involve T-Flip-Flops lately that all would benefit greatly if they had an indicator above the buttons that are the inputs. If someone could make this for me and show me how to replicate it, then I would greatly appreciate it.
Specifications:
Must be a T-Flip-Flop
Must be vertical and tileable
Must be button-activated
Must have an indicator (can be a torch, lamp, piston, or otherwise) directly above the button
Must have no more than one block space between the button and indicator
The fifth T-Flip-Flop on there is what I've been using, but the only indicator is on the entire other side of the system. I'm looking for something that gives an indication of the output's state directly above the button as well as on the other side. Is that possible?
I came up with this:
I'm not quite sure if it's any better than the other designs here. This uses the new snapshot though.
Looks nice in a control panel though.

T Flip Flop ON:
T Flip Flop OFF:
Notice pistons A and B have different states. This is because the output is inverted by the torch.
Hope that helped you.

Thank you for that. It is almost exactly what I'm looking for! Diamonds to you:
Thanks for the help!
I found this for you:
Tileable and no redstone visible above the button. Not too compact though.
