So I am looking for a gate that has 2 inputs and 2 outputs:
Intputs are labeled A and B, outputs are 1, and 2.
(if B is ever off, 1 and 2 are off)
If A is on and B is on, 1 will be on and 2 will be off.
If A is off and B is on, 2 will be on and 1 will be off.
This looks like the input-control scheme for a D Flip-Flop, minus the Latch.
I think this circuit should suit your needs:
A is the Top Lever, and represents "Data Input" B is the Bottom Lever and represents "Write Enable" 2 is the Top Torch on the right and represents not(A) so long as B is high, and is zero otherwise. 1 is the Bottom Torch and represents A so long as B is high and is zero otherwise.

This is much for compact than my version, which is basically half of an xor gate. (his/hers is too)
Mine has A (inverted twice, Not-Not-A) with B (inverted) forcing on Not-A, which forces off Not-Not-A. Hard to display, and I'm not entirely keen on making one just to show my inferiority.
Theoretically this is impossible, because 0 inverted is undefined/non-existent, so I like Minecraft.

I was tempted to tell him to just "Combine (A AND :cool.gif: with (not(A) AND :cool.gif:", but his specification that there be 2 outputs made me ponder what exactly he was trying to accomplish. Then I realized that this was exactly the same functionality as the Input-control portion of a D Flip-Flop, and suspected that this might be what he was after.
Even if that's not what he's going for and Krypton isn't trying to build a RAM array, the component I gave will still perform the requested function.

This is where drawing up a Karnaugh map comes in really handy.
