So I've got a button and a lever... I need to make it so that when the lever is OFF, the button acts like a regular old button, but when the lever is ON, the button acts like a lever (so it is T-FlipFlopped). Anyway I can do this?
Might I suggest a redstone T?
Basically:
TWT
WOWB
L
T is redstone torch, w is wiring, l and b are lever and button, respectively.
What this does is it makes the current continue when both torches are in the OFF state. If even one of them is on, the current won't go past the T. Basically, this will allow you to have a lever nullify the button if you want to.

Yeah, but I want the button to still work either way. Only if the lever is off, it acts like a normal button, so the output is on for one second, but if the lever is on, hitting the button will turn the output on and hitting it again will turn it off.
took me a few minutes, but i figured it out. hook the button up to a t-flip flop and an AND gate. hook the lever up to the other end of that AND gate, and then hook it up to another AND gate via an inverter. hook the T-flip flop up to the other end of *that* AND gate. hook both AND gates up to an OR gate, and you're done.
