A few more things that I haven't seen mentioned yet:
1: Using bonemeal on a grass block will give you different types of flowers depending on what biome you are in. For most biomes, this means the Poppy and Dandelion. Plains adds the Azure Bluet and Oxeye Daisy to the list. Some areas of the Plains and the Flower Forest biomes will produce the various colors of Tulip instead of the first 4. Alliums are added in the Flower Forest, which appears to be the only place to find them. Swampland (but not Swampland M) will replace all of them with the Blue Orchid, which also appears to only be found in that biome. (I have not yet found a jungle biome in any of my new test worlds, so I haven't checked what grows there.
2: Using bonemeal on a two-block-tall flower (Rose Bush, Lilac, Peony, or Sunflower) will cause an item drop from the flower but not destroy the flower. *Might be a bug*. Does not work on Tall Grass or Tall Ferns.
Also, is it just me, or can Birch Trees grow taller than they could before?
They BETTER FREAKING MAKE AMPLIFIED GENERATION A THING in regular worlds. Having mountais like 30 blocks tall with snow on it is absurd, WE NEED RARE BUT SKY HIGH MOUNTAINS.
They added in a summon command. The way it works is /summon <entityName> [x] [y] [z] [dataTag]
WARNING! You must caps the name of the entity. Aka, if you wanted to spawn the wither, you'd need to put Wither. Also, don't know what the datatag does.
No you have to put in WitherBoss.

I've not seen this mentioned yet but if it was, I somehow missed it so, my bad. There's also a biome dedicated to Sunflowers called "Sunflower Plains".
I don't know if this has been mentioned but the controls section in options is a bit more ordered and there seems to be a new control which is named "Cinematic Camera"
Does this snapshot automatically download? I logged onto minecraft without downloading anything and the snapshot was on. I want to play on servers, but they are 1.6.2. Can anyone help me? I'm on a mac if that helps.
Anvil mechanics have been changed, levels no longer cap off at 39 (highest I've gotten it to go is level 95; repairing and renaming is going to be more annoying).
