Hmm.. in the first picture if you look to the upper right there is a strange new ore. probably for the coin, but what's with the 4 stacks of redstone in the inventory? Intereasting....... Second picture, look to the top right Jungle Villages! Yeah! This might mean that they'll be able to spawn villages in all biomes. I hope so.
Finally, i can make a shop world inside my Survival area!

I'm wanting to create a space map. I just need the right textures. Give me a good space texture pack without MCpatcher and i will do just fine. I will credit you just...just tell me the link or...yeah.
Gold is applied to food to enhance it, such as golden apples and carrots. This doesn't make sense. You would not smother an apple in butter, and if you did, it'd probably give you a heart-attack, not bestow you with magical healing abilities.
We don't know what they actually sell/trade. I imagine seeds might get money and maybe saplings trade for something else? I don't know if this is more of a trade thing or a shop thing.

I think it's:
A- Ruby, as money
B- New block: Ruby Ore
C- Something with Redstone, that is used as coin. The "new" block, on this case, could be retextured redstone.
Grey block in pathway:
A- New Gravel Texture
B- Concrete? YES PLEASE!
Also Jeb, Y U NO MAKE VILLAGES SPAWN IN JUNGLES ABOVE THE TREES?

Wow, testificates are coming a long way from the basic Squidwards they used to be. Heck, back in Beta 1.9, Minecraft 1.0 and 1.1, they couldn't even leave their own houses.

I'm still using Windows 7.
I said this. Two days later, my computer's motherboard melted down and I had to get a new one with Windows 8.
What if they're changing 'redstone' into 'ruby'. You mine one ore and get one ruby (like diamond), and can craft one ruby into four 'ruby dust' to be used as a replacement to redstone, and can craft four 'ruby dust' back into 'ruby'.

Interesting idea. Well hopefully we'll all find out what it is in the next snapshot
Redstone should be able to cook things.. afterall, it is usually around lava.
No it doesn't. It is commonly found around lava because lava has a lot of open space. Actually, a mod that makes higher concentrations of ores around lava sounds kind of cool...
You don't have to trade lol

There aren't furances in any pictures.
Oh, I didn't notice that! Good catch!
It is optional. You dont have to update to 1.3 when it
comes out...
How is a road furnacescooking up stuff/how is a ore a furnace?
this is what i have always wanted!

Irony in the first degree.
I bet it's the ore for whatever that currency is!
Finally a new ore! There hasn't been one since redstone was added! This one has a unique use to!
