Wow, already another Snapshot? Thank you Mojang for all the hard work, I am looking forward to 1.4. I like the idea of mobs getting armor and weapons depending on the difficulty, should add a lot of excitement to the game.
Also, thank you for the app for the Minecraft Seeds. This will really come in handy when I am looking for a certain type of world instead of a random generated one.
Even though Minecraft is becoming more realistic (villager zombies), it's also going in the opposite direction (beacon blocks). I have the feeling Minecraft is going on the wrong side, it's getting a bit weird.
When I have the snapshot for 1.4 installed, I'm feeling like I installed some mods.

The set up for the beacon blocks is so resource heavy that you may as well ignore it.
Also, I have a feeling that the Eye of Ender will be needed to brew Potions of Night Vision. It just makes sense! I know zombies aren't burning in the sun due to a glitch but perhaps this feature can stick with zombie villagers?
I personally want to see "Potion Bombs." Craft a 5 Splash Potions with 4 TNT, and it will have a big radius of whatever that effect was when it gets triggered by redstone, fire, or whatever else could trigger a regular TNT.

Along With the addition of Zombie Villagers, they also added a way to purify the villager zombies. This is extremely simple. First, you need to throw a splash potion of weakness at a zombie, Then, you need to right click that same zombie with a level 1 Golden Apple. then after a couple minutes the zombie villagers should once again become normal villagers. works with the children too I think.
It's called a Beacon Block. If you make a pyramid out of diamond blocks or emerald blocks or something, it will emit light from the sky. Here's what the wiki says: The Beacon block (referred to as Work in Progress in-game) is a block that when placed as the final block on top of a pyramid formation made up of diamond, emerald, gold or iron blocks (or any combination of the 4), will emit a beam of light into the sky.
iF YOU POWER THE NEW BLOCK WITH REDSTONE IT GIVES OUT COMMANDS
Also the new zombies look the testificate ones
Skeletons and Zombies can wear enchanted armor and tools too
Emerald tools soon? hopefully!?Zombies and skeletons, harder? All the better fun. How about emerald tools?
Looks like adventure mode is on the horizon! We might even see a campaign mode, like a story explaining why Steve is in Minecraft, and maybe his goal is to find his way back to his true world? Minecraft is turning out to be the game of the decade...or even century
It downloads as a zip. Nothing i can do about that.
Actually there probably is something you can do about that, but I don't know what it is. I guarantee you that you are not downloading a zip file and that your operating system is instead renaming it. You are not the only one who has asked about this. You're not even the only one TODAY.
What you can do is follow my instructions. When your browser asks if you want to open it or save it, pick "save." once it's saved, find the file and rename it. Then copy it to your Minecraft Bin folder, overwriting the minecraft.jar that's already there.

2. Put one Zombie in the close room
3. Enjoy!
It's so funny to do this!
Actually we do. It's like a splash potion thing.

Emeralds are for trading purposes only, sorry. No emerald tools.
You can teleport players, make weather fall when you want it to, give xp and item rewards, STOP CREEPER GRIEFING, oh my...
I really don't care about anything else (Although the beacon could make some really nice aesthetics)
