leave a 1x1 hole next to the door, he will fit through that.

Anytime I make a "stable" for my wolves, I make a double door for the entrance. It's much easier to push them inside. That, or I wander around inside until the wacky pathing pops him inside. The first option is much easier, though.
Make an incinerator and push him in. Wolves are a waste of bones and porkchops, they're suicidal, and they push you around. They also suck at fighting.

so i geuss you dont have/like pets ingame or real life? :tongue.gif:
I just tame the wolf and go inside and lock the door and walk sowhere in my base and then he teleports right in front of me in a few seconds(but he cant be sitting)
That's what she said.
Make a hole in your wall next to the door. It works as a dog door. You could even use pistons to block/open up the hole and close/open your door if you know how to wire it.
i assure you, wolves are not useless, sure they may get infront of you when you are fighting ur enemy, but they are a blast shield from creepers if the creepers blows, get behind ur wolf, bye bye wolf, and if you have a lot of wolves on an smp pvp server, well my good sir, you can kill those snotty bastards with full diamond gear in a very short time.
It may or may not be fixed soon. Just move slow and usually the wolf will keep up. I've found if I go through my door slowly, my wolf has no problem following as long as he's right behind me.
However, if he is still a good ways away from you when you enter the door, his AI pathing wants him to go straight to you. This makes him take a while because he wants to get to you in the shortest distance possible, which may not include your door.
that doesn't work...
he glitches; moves up and down rapidly.
Statisticaly, 5/4 people do not understand fractions.

Yes. This. They ruin the passive mob spawning. What is more important, your pets or your food? (Pigs)
Kennels are boring. I like to store my wolves in pits of fire.
Don't you think that' just a TAAAD bit in humane?
um ITS A GAME
This. People who have dogs are generally very strange and have some severe dependency issues.

I'm joking. No one gets jokes anymore.
