I just had an idea of a good block that is not in this mod. It's challenging, but it's worth it.
Explanation in words: This block camoflages itself as usual, but when this block is viewed in a glass block (or a camo glass block to make it more secure and secret), it turns invisible
Explanation in pictures:
I have set up 2 houses and 2 viewpoints (from the heads):
Labeled by green wool where the blocks are supposed to be:
View from the person walking between the houses:
View from the person in the room where he can see the blocks taking effect:

Unfortunately, I dont think such a thing is possible in minecraft.. You cannot change the way something looks depending on what your looking through. You can only tint the view or something like water does, but nothing block specific.

Isn't that just the "oneway camo"Also when are the "goggles of true sight coming, if you look back they were MY idea. One last the.....................CAMO TNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Number one: you have ONE downloads link on your front page. That's already hiding the actual downloads.
Number two: your "For Legacy Builds please click here" doesn't actually say anything about what versions are there. You are assuming people will notice a lack of 1.6.4 builds and make the connection. They don't.
Number 3: both pages look DECEPTIVELY similar.
tl;dr: you make people click twice just to find it and wonder why nobody can find it.

Sorry about forgetting to add "asking to add to this mod" to it...If it isn't possible, try making a camo debug block (it's an xray block that lets you see what happens like noclip). It's possible, because another mod did it.
1. People don't look for WORDS when they're searching for a specific version of a download. They look for numbers. So yeah, just having the world "downloads" doesn't really help.
2. See number 1. Just having "legacy" in bold does not help people find the downloads.
I'm not even going to comment on your objection to number 3. I will comment on the links you showed- guess what, the first link actually has all the versions on it so it's pretty obvious where the builds are at. The second one? Nope. Only shows 1.7.2. The second site is much much worse than the first.

I've installed the SecretRoomsMod-universal-1.6.4-4.6.2.319.jar. Is it by purpose that the secret player plate can be washed away with a bucket of water? I accidenty spilled one next to my door and then there was a hole in the floor.

thats unavoidable unfortunately. In order for them to work correctly, they must be of the material "circuit", the same stuff redstone is made of. Otherwise it doesnt power the surroundings correctly when activated. And that has the unfortunate side effect of being susceptible to water.
Yes they do. People used them to make TNT cannons that don't spray water all over the place before slime blocks became all the rage. I just retested in 1.7.10 and it works just like I expected- the water doesn't break the pressure plates.

Thanks for this answer. Now I can understand the problem.
I use RedLogic from Immibis. Immibis has made redstone circuits which are like those of RedPower and which don't get washed away. Maybe you could contact him to get some hint.
Otherwise I'm fine with this. Now I know how to find out some of my daughter's secret places very quickly.
if this hasn't already been done in the 1.7 versions(which are currently excluded from the changelog,) can you please make glass-like blocks have the transparency flag set to true or at least have a configuration option for it? numerous other mods have solar panels, and it is normally expected that these could be used to conceal them. however, they currently block sunlight despite being glass, so this does not work.

interresting. In that case, Il go see how exactly that works now.. they must have changed it since MC 1.4.7

Because it's nowhwere near as obvious as you think it is? Even I spent 5 minutes looking for it, and that's AFTER you pointed out where it was.
I dont know how to make it any more obvious.. its big letters smack in the middle of the screen saying "CLICK HERE!"

1.6.2 is not 1.6.4. And I'm not too interested in seeing if 1.6.4 build works in 1.6.2...

they dont, last I checked...

And this helps AbrarSeed figure out how to get fewer questions asking for his 1.6.4 version how...?

They do not block sunlight if the camo side is up. I have already done everything in my power to make this work.
