Ok, so in our original conversion, you talked about running a resourcepack, and then you said that you aren't using one.
I haven't seen or heard of anyone crashing when placing Glass blocks, it doesn't make any sense, and we have tried absolutely everything..
Can you post a new log %appdata%\.minecraft\logs\fml-client-latest.log and latest.log to a spoiler after a game crash? Maybe even a crash dump (which is in the previous 2 logs).
I want to see what other mods (if any), forge, java, drivers, etc etc etc are being used. See if I can't replicate this.
It could simply be that your assets (Glass textures and sounds) are corrupted, and making Java crash -- this would be extremely ironic -- wouldn't it !
they are .txt files and i have alot of logs. (like 2014-06-18-2.log) were should i upload them?
I am running Forge 10.12.1.1112, Java 8 u5 and java 7 u60, amd driver version: 3d - 14.10.1006-140417a-171099C 2d - 8.01.01.1390 direct3d - 9.14.10.01029 opengl - 6.14.10.12874, my arguments are -Xms350m -Xmx4G, and the resolution is 854x480

You don't need any of the datestamp ones (they are just backups in ZIP format). Just the 2 files:
fml-client-latest.log
latest.log
I recently upgraded my forge to 10.12.2.1126 to take advantage of the new chunk loading system. Won't likely fix the issue, but you can update if you wish.
I'm not sure on how Java 8 Update 5 runs, I had to remove it from my computer because it broke too much stuff (work stuff, haha, so it'll have to wait until the apps update or Oracle fixes the security problems). The original issue was with Java 7, so, I don't see it fixing the problem.
Also, does the crash only occur on one SP world, or multiple SP and MP worlds?
I can run seus v10.1 preview 2 shaderpack with gtx 750 ti twin frozr and i3 ???
how many fps you get with seus v10.1 preview 2 shader pack ???
I can't say exactly how many FPS you'll get, but it will definitely be playable.
There are issues with some of the 750 and 850 cards with water artifacting, mostly mobile cards I think. I'm not having any of the issues on my 650ti or 780ti, but I'm still running 335.23.
thx amd 270x can get more 3 fps than gtx 750 ti that means i can play seus v10.1 preview 2 with gtx 750 ti and if i say something wrong srry because im from portugal
Your card can handle the GLSL Shaders better than the AMD series cards because the GLSL Shaders Mod it is coded around an nVidia base.
Plus nVidia is the most 'lax' with regards to running calculations -- so it can do it faster.
You shouldn't have any issues at all, I get an easy 20+fps on my 650ti :)!

All SP worlds even with shaders set to none.
were should i upload the files? here or to another suite.
also it keeps downloading something every time it starts (even w/o mods which works fine)
1. It requires Java 7.
2. Jar file association may be broken on your computer.
Try reinstall Java 7 and run the jar again.
If it does not work, run it from command line and read console output.
whenever i try to download it it says "Can't find 1.7.4 or something like that
i did everything you told me.

Hmm, ok, that's very strange indeed.. Starting to think it is more something with the MC Assets than anything..
The launcher will double-check to make sure it has all of the necessary files (and the latest version) every launch. Not sure if it does a CRC check on every single file, that's a bit overkill, and would take far too long every time MC is launched..
If the file is under 500KB, just copy/paste it into pastebin.com or ghostbin.com, and drop the link in here. Else, just copy/paste it into a spoiler tag please <spoiler>Log Data</spoiler> (of course using [ backets instead of <).
The next step (if there is nothing obvious in the logs) is to delete all of the folders in the MC folder except config / mods / resourcepacks / shaderpacks / versions (and the launcher files in the root of the MC directory).
This requires Java 7.
Before running this installer, run Minecraft 1.7.4 at least once and close it.
Close Minecraft Launcher before you run this installer.
The installer is executable jar file. Double-click to run.
If your computer doesn't associate .jar with Java, you may have to run java from command line or batch file.
java -jar ShadersMod-v2.3.13mc1.7.4-installer.jar
This version is compatible with OptiFine_1.7.4_HD_U_D1.
Run OptiFine installer before ShadersMod installer.
ShadersMod Installer v2.3.15mc1.7.5 (updated 2014-03-29) link
This requires Java 7.
Before running this installer, run Minecraft 1.7.5 at least once and close it.
Close Minecraft Launcher before you run this installer.

java -jar ShadersMod-v2.3.15mc1.7.5-installer.jar
This version is compatible with OptiFine_1.7.5_HD_U_D1.
Run OptiFine installer before ShadersMod installer.
Then fire up the MC Launcher and run 1.7.4 or 1.7.5 at least once.
Then download & install Optifine Ultra D1 for whichever version you are going to use.
Then install the GLSL Shaders that you downloaded.
You should now have 3 or 4 profiles for that version:
1.7.5
1.7.5-Optifine
1.7.5-Optifine-Shaders
1.7.5-Shaders

also when i launch without mods it is fine. so i don't think it is corrupt.
and with the resource pack (traditional beauty) the glass displays as a clear box with rims, not as it is supposed to.

Hmm, it looks like your FML-CLIENT-LATEST got cut off, but only a tiny bit (basically the end of the world loading, the resource pack initializing, the shaders initializing, any errors, and the world unloading). It won't tell you if it cut it off, unfortunately, it just has its 500KB limit and that's it..
You may have to use the SPOILER tags as mentioned..
Can you do 2 uploads, one working properly, and another after the world has crashed placing the glass block?
So, to confirm: if you run with MC 1.7.2 and Optifine 1.7.2 Ultra D1 (no shaders), when you place glass with Traditional Beauty it never crashes your MC. Only when you run the ShadersModCore 2.3.12 as well?
I have this same problem, it's not a problem with Intel GPUs as I have an AMD Radeon card and you have an NVIDIA card.
The problem that he's experiencing isn't an Intel / nVidia / AMD card problem at all, it's a problem with Apple MacOS.
There are a very small handful of people with nVidia cards, that can run a custom nVidia MacOS Web Driver, that are able to play with Shaders just fine.
It just happens to be that Intel cards running driver versions ending in 34XX have the same issue.

Is there any fix for the problem or are Mac users just screwed? It's pretty frustrating that the best looking shaders don't work.

The problem is actually in the way that Minecraft was coded by Mojang.
It was coded with an OpenGL 2.0 base, and as such calls for an OpenGL2 context from Apple. Apple has support for OpenGL3.2 to 4.3 but, it is not backwards compatible like Windows, it is an entirely new OpenGL3 context.
So, forcing Minecraft to use OpenGL3 in MacOS causes much of the screen not to be rendered, and a whole bunch of errors (plus it is difficult to do, you have to edit some of the Apple MacOS libraries).
Until Minecraft is updated to a proper OpenGL3 standard, any shaderpacks that are using OpenGL3 features will not work in MacOS.
I don't know if we will see this happen, unless Minecraft as a base gets more visual feature sets. I know that they have added 'shaders' of their own, more so "filters" applied after the image is rendered to change its appearance, but these still use OGL2 features. GLSL shaders change the image as it is being rendered, and the features used depend on the complexity of the shaderpack chosen.
Its been a couple months now

No need to be rude about it. I don't see you breaking down the code and helping building Forge for 1.7.4+, or deobfscuating the code for Karyonix?!
Exams are this week, he's been busy with homework, and now finals.
Life comes first dude, so chill out.
He was going to do it himself, but the Forge / MCP team said a week or two back that they were going to build a release of Forge for 1.7.9 (before going to 1.8). Probably be difficult, with the new packet system, name changes, etc etc etc.

Does anyone know how to help prevent stuttering even though the FPS is over 60?
This happens in 1.7.5 more than 1.7.2. There's less stutter in 1.7.2 despite me having more mods (though they aren't really performance costing). I have Optifine and shaders on both versions.

Hmm, strange, that must just be the shaderpack that you are using.
That doesn't happen in Sildur's / Chocapic's / SEUS.
If you are using the Sildur's Jelly World, or Beed28's Jelly shaders, I would get a hold of them and ask.
Are you installing the MC Shaders in 1.7.4 or 1.7.5 for the first time?
