Hey guys I wanted to let you know that I'm opening a new server. It will be under the same IP as my current server. I'm thinking about either a HardcorePvP server with clans, tracking, and soup PvP or a survival server. I'm leaning towards the HardcorePvP server more. If you want to talk to me until this new server comes up, go on 173.236.85.246 this is the KitPvP server. It's alot of fun and I recommend it. I will have a solid release date by today. I jsut donated 2 nights ago and before i could use my donator access the server shuts down! UGH so devistated

You people that have been banned will remain banned because he's keeping the ban list. I will most likely be an Admin but don't count on it to much considering he's the Owner and not me. I might be opening up a new server with the money I get from selling it but it's going to be a completely different genre. If he goes through with it then he will be the new Owner the next time the server comes up. I will still be playing Minecraft but not alot because to be honest, it's quite boring now. Thanks guys!

If you started playing FPS genre games, clearly your parents screwed up, and you probably also get called a squeaker every two minutes (LOL). PS. This kid banned me one day from his server because I called him a kid after he insulted someone and called them a kid. He then banned me and left a ban message "How does it feel to be poweless?" I believe you meant powerless but you obviously haven't learned to spell yet. Anyway, to go see how much of a child this kid is, go to page 354 of this thread (I think it is 354). Jonothug quoted someone who was talking about his time Smexy was talking to him, the original post was deleted but you can still read it in the quote (Original poster of the post was 456pokemaster). Anyway, I guess smexy removed the post because he was scared he would be called names. Anyways smexy, this is not a ban appeal (I don't really care about your servers anyway), I just wanted people to know that you should never be taken seriously. I have to say Smexy, it's very sad to see you leave. I might be banned, but I remember how you liked all of your players and all of your players liked you. I'm not sure if Minecraft will ever be the same again without this server and it's owner, Smexy. So Smexy, I want you to remember me as scooman2012 because I most likely will never see you again. Chaoticzaz, most of us should be unbanned anyway. Half of the people banned were banned for hating Smexy, that's the only reason we harmed the server. Now he's selling it (for now, anyway) we have nothing against the server, and I think we should get another chance due to this. But anyways, what do I have to do with it

it could be worse, i was banned over a troll title :/ then the owner of the server i was on got admin. fun life. and as a former admin of the server, i can vouch for everything pokemaster said. i didn't see it as i wasn't on until late january, but he did talk about it. and with talking to chaoticzaz, it sounds like i will end up as an admin of this server again, and will personally go through the ban list, and unban a lot of people. not all, but a lot.
Ah, so please read this in an agitated state of mind, like I am in. Since I am banned for "kissing nightblades ass too hard". (without doing anything?) I would like to reveal all I know about this server.
Half the people on hate it. Hence why they left and went to Nightmare Prison.
Smexy is a 12 year old. Last year when I played, he said he was 14. He apparently is still 14, yet hasn't hit puberty. Nice try.
Around 99.9% (not bacteria) of the staff, happen to hate him.
One time, he offered up the owner spot for donation, someone bought it for several hundred dollars. He decided to take his family on vacation with it, and when he got back, used console to regain ownership.
He bans people for the stupidest . (I got banned once for being inactive. WTF)
He demotes people for the stupidest reasons. (He demoted NightBlade99 from warden for donating for a high rank on another server, yet he donated 23 DOLLARS!)
He is not well able to run a server, once he gave MineCraftMilk, the man who reviewed the server, star commands instead of op, which is basically the same thing. Also nightblade had to go back and region half of a block, after smexy claimed he did it.
Back in the earlier 2012 year over the summer, he was struggling to keep the server up, so he had a person named BrettDaMiner donate a ton of money (He probably donated $500+), and later banned him for a reason I forgot. Possibly griefing (He gets griefed a lot). He also banned a man named dgxrocks after he donated a huge sum of money also.
He has had many many resets, deleting everyone stuff and even causing people to quit. I have stuck with this server for over a whole year. I joined the week after it was made in March 2012. The resets were caused because of hackers and griefers. Hell, before he made a certain prison, we would always be hacked by a man named Verdictator, who he claimed to be his cousin.
He makes really stupid decisions, last time I was on before I got banned, he said he took away apps and you needed to ask for ranks. The is wrong with you?
He is a large hypocrite, spouting about no language and then cusses people out for asking retarded questions.
I faintly remember one time he demoted all of the wardens to C (including me) and we had to rank up to free. The last one to rank up was demoted. (Smart move dip) And he cheated in it by spawning himself money and paying it to me, I guess he didn't want me to be demoted. But you need to admit that was ignorant as .
This is more of a funny story, my friend nightblade got banned for half a year for accidentally world editing a whole mountain into pressure plates.
Donating for ability to use virtual chest... wow.
One time, he was speaking to me about how he just got back from masturbating, and that his keyboard was all sticky. Nice thing to tell another man. (It's dangerous to go alone jerkwad!)

Also, I can get on this server a lot which means I will be on duty for long periods if time. I respect other players and I think i can help keep the pvp limited in the C and B blocks. Another reason is that when I'm on the server a lot of times there are no guardson and things get out of control with pvp. I think I can help with that. I agree, I took chaotic over another offer that was $100 more then his. Chaotic's going to be a way better Owner then me and I can admin that. I have been slacking because I've gotton tired of prison servers and Minecraft in general so he will definately make Jailbreak a better place for all of you. Yeah, Smexy, you have to do the ingame command /reload for the server to acknowledge that you deleted the bannedplayers.txt. Once you reload, everyone will be unbanned.

Omg please at /warp courtyard3 the plot in front of me locked the nether portal in so I can't talk and i'm stuck in the nether portal. can you please go to courtyard3 and break the iron bar because when I went to my nether portal and went back in I got teleported to the person's nether portal which eh locked so i'm stuck in the nether portal and I can't move from it I can't talk type or do anything
