Guards are responisble for keeping order in Spartacus. Guards MUST follow the rules strictly and NOT abuse powers while admin is unavailable. Please make sure you know ALL the rules and regulations before applying for guard.

Rules and Regulations

*Killing is always a better option if you have the ability to. It takes the items and you can destroy them. If they are jailed, they will rage and will keep the items. Make your judgement depending on your skills. Additional time is ONLY added for the day. If they come on tomorrow, you CANNOT jail them additional time for what they did the day before. (actual day.. not minecraft day)

You HAVE TO PHYSICALLY SEE it. You cannot jail or kill if you were not within view. You CANNOT revenge kill or jail if you are killed.

Swords and Bows are KILL ON SIGHT

If you see a sword, you kill them NO questions asked. If they run into non-pvp, you ask for sword or bow. If they refuse, jail for 3mins and 2mins+ each time. If they run BACK out into PVP, still jail them for alloted time. *Bows if used in NON-PVP is instant 10 minute jail first time and INSTANT BAN THE 2nd TIME. No questions asked!

Armor is not allowed

If they have ANY piece of armor on, no matter the type (leather, iron, gold, diamond) ask for armor. If they refuse and are in non-pvp, jail them for 3mins (+2mins each additional time) If they are in PVP, kill them after giving some time to give up.

Hit and Run

If you see 2 people fighting, immediately stop the fight by killing them both. If only 1 person is attacking, kill the attacker. If they run into non-pvp and neither dies, give warning to both. If they are seen fighting again, and run into non-pvp, jail for 1min(+1min each additional time).

Kill and Run

If you see one person killing another person, stop the fight by killing them both unless 1 person has not attacked (then save them). If one dies, and attacker runs into non-pvp, warn first and take weapon (if they have one). If they continue to kill, and they run into non-pvp, jail for 3mins(+2mins addditional each time).

Non-PVP attacking is PROHIBITED

If you see this happen, (someone attacking someone else from non-pvp area, JAIL IMMEDIATELY for 5mins(+5mins each additional time). If they STILL continue after 3x, gather evidence (either ss or video) and post on forums to be Exiled.

Camping is for cheaters

If you see someone camping (waiting for others to leave area and then quickly kill them, or crouched outside a door) immediately jail them without warning for 5mins(+2mins each additional time). If the continue after 3x gather evidence and post on forums to be Exiled.

Constant Troublemakers

As it is NOT against the rules to kill guards, If a guard is ATTACKED multiple times (3+) that killer is then jailed for 3 mins following the third death. If they continue after that point, the 3 kill rule will restart.

RIOTS are never allowed

Anyone involved in or even attempting to start a riot will be jailed for 5 mins. No questions asked! EVEN saying "RIOT" or "Attack guards" is jailable

Attacking Man's best friend

Wolves are now guards best friend! If someone is hurting your best friend, you have the right to save your wolf! BUT jailing for killing wolves is NOT ALLOWED.

Griefing=Exiled

Griefing ANY area (including breaking saplings in the tree farm) is an IMMEDIATE jail for 10 MINUTES. If you continue to grief, you will be jailed for 10 MINUTES each time until an Emperor has the chance to EXILE you

Once you apply, you will have to take a test. If you fail, you are AUTO DENIED. If you miss the secret word, you will be AUTO DENIED. If you pass the test, you will be judged by our Imperial Guards of whether or not you are worthy.

6.Why should I choose you: First i will enforce all server laws. Second I always use correct grammar. I'm fresh to the server but I've seen guards standing there while others are getting owned by some guy with a sword in a prohibited area. I am intelligent, have decent leadership skills, and i do not have an abusive mind. I am very fair and honorable.I am active. I will make a great guard. And of course i have read and agree to all server and guard rules. Im also very unconditionally loyal to our sovereign emperor.

EDIT: More Proof: He was not AFK,, because you can see that when people push their bodies dont twist or turn. You can see that his body turns throughout the pictures and on the last picture he was standing on the block that I was on in the first picture.
