Why you deserve to be unbanned: I admit that I used an autojoin mod, however I have deleted it. Currently the only thing not vanilla about my Minecraft is Optifine so I can use HD tetxure packs. I have learned that mods can cause suspicion because I have researched Nodus and it has an autojoin feature, however I did not x-ray or use Nodus.
Any additional information: I really enjoyed this server for the short time I was able to play. I have learned my lesson and would like a second chance if that would be possible. If I was a hacker and I got banned I probably wouldn't be upset about getting banned because it is something they would expect to happen, but I was upset when I got banned because I like the server and play legit.
I thought that I should post my summer schedule here, just so you guys know when to expect me and when not to.
June 10-12, 9 AM - 4 PM: Drum camp kind thing. I'll be home after 4 PM.
June 17(?)-July 3(?): Going on vacation. I will attempt to bring my laptop with me, hopefully I will be able to do at least some Alpha work while I'm over there. <3
July 29-August 22: Summer band begins, we must be there from 8 AM to 4 PM on most days, with some minor exceptions.
It seems busy, but I will still try to be on as much as possible. I'm sure that I missed a thing or two, or there are a few things we haven't planned yet.
Unban appeals are for the unjustly banned, you were banned for a good reason, and you will not be unbanned.
Try to extend your app.
Guys, the quality of applications is POOR.
Look at apps that have been accepted. SO much better than ones such as the above. We want guards who will offer dedication and time. Apps put together in three minutes are unacceptable. 30 minutes should be the right amount of time to put in an application that has a chance of being considered.

I kill those who are killing, keeping the server more safe and fun. I hate griefers. I have a good sense of humor and work together great with otheres(like other guards) I don't give up either. I've been killed many times innocently without guard help thats why we need another guard

net blood is right unbann apps of for the wrongly banned if you have been banned from the server for a reason e.g x-ray, you can make an appeal but if you did x-ray then you just will not be unbanned.
Well now I'm out of examples(Ty gal ) buy yeah,people can get unbanned for legit X-ray or any other ban.

Why you deserve to be un-banned: It was a pretty long time ago and I still keep this server on my list, because I loved it and I would really love to play again. I know I don't deserve to be aloud back in, but I promise you that if I am given a second chance, you will not regret your decision, and you will see me play fairly and frequently. This was honestly the only server I have ever found that I truly enjoyed and could not stop playing. I know I just sound like another punk kid who ruins servers, but I made an honest mistake, as everyone does at some point. I can see from your perspective why you would choose to not allow me to be back in, but I hope you find the time to consider my request.
Additional info: I'm sorry for bothering you, I'm sure this is getting to be a bit annoying

Number 5 is asking if you have played any other prison servers and if so for how long. Or it might be where you say you haven't aged on prison servers for long but you have experience on role play, objective, and so on so forth servers.
If builder said you were accepted and would be promoted... Then my apologies. He doesn't give out recommendations easily.

(1-2 paragraphs): Well I've been playing a lot of prison servers, and notice that guards aren't really checking all the blocks, because they're preoccupied with C block noobs punching them and running off. I would like to be a guard so I can help deal with unruly players, and help out with the occasional Free's causing problems. I love this server, and want to help out with catching rulebreakers. I see a lot of people get away with running away from the guards. I will never abuse, and I'll record almost everything I do since there are people who will yell out "Abuse" everytime you move.
I won't abuse any kits/powers, and I even just caught someone hacking. I love having authoritahh on servers, and working my way up the food chain is my favorite thing to do. I can help noobs out because I read the chat assuming I'm not busy (You'd be surprised at the amount of servers that ignore you). If you promote me, I promise not to complain about anything that people higher rank than me say. Not sure what else to say!

I sent you a PM about this, but I guess you haven't seen it yet. Your account came on and spammed: "____ you builder" 3 times. I warned it to stop, then it proceeded to spam yet again: "____ you CreeperDevil" 2 times. So, since you were a Trainee, I tempbanned for 30 minutes instead of muting for 30 minutes. You may want to change your Minecraft account password and migrate it to a Mojang account, if you haven't done so already.

B )I would like to enforce justice on those who believe they can get away with killing others (I've had my own personal experience with these kinds of people) and i think to myself sometimes what if i were a six or seven year old kid who loves to play minecraft and want to enjoy it to its fullest extent, and he finds convicted thinking it will be fun, and it is, so he works hard to mine iron and coal and chops down trees and hurts no one in the process, untill that one day when he happens to have all his stuff with him and THINKS hes going to go mining for money, then some random guy in all diamond armor comes, kills him, takes this kids stuff and leaves without giving it a second thought. that's pretty sad.

4)Have you read the Server,Prison,andGuardRules? Many times, and I have read the new rules many times. I have read all the rules on the forums, the room with all the rules in game, and the /rules command.
5)Any experience with the prison genre?I tried DDTS and some other prison server, but I hated it. I did play on Convicted for quite a while and I do have experience with everything.
6)Whatis your time zone?Central Standard Time.
7)Why are you the best choice for guard?(1-2 paragraphs) I will start off by saying that I only play one two servers. Convicted and a server than I don't play much at all anymore. Basically I only play on Convicted, and I enjoy doing so. Convicted a such a well made server that I put all my Minecraft time into it. I have nothing to do this summer at all, so I have plenty of free time on my hand. I will put as much time into guarding (If I get accepted)as I can. I know all the rules for I have been a guard before. I know exactly what to jail for, and the things I should notify Wardens/Alphas about. I will follow all guard rules, and I will not abuse any of my given powers. I was a guard for a month or two but I quit due to school getting in the way. Once I came back I re-read the rules (and guard rules) from to make sure nothing has changed and to keep my memory fresh. Before I quit, while I was a guard, I absolutely loved guarding. It was one of the things that never got old. If I had any spare time on my hand I would get on convicted and do my job. Quitting guard wasn't a very easy choice to make, but it was for the best of me. I doubt I will quit for school again, for I have already studied next years curriculum and I already understand most of it. I treat all players with respect, weather they are a C or a Free. I try to help as many players as possible. If a fellow prisoner needs help, or has a question, I always try to help. I always have an eye peeled for any rule-breakers, cheaters, hackers, glitchers, etc... I will make sure to let a Warden, or an Alpha know if I find any of these types of people. I used to admin a server, so I know all the different cheat clients and what they do, so I can seek out hackers easier. As far as it comes to pvp, I don't want to judge myself, but I would say I was fairly well when I was a guard. I get decent FPS so lag shouldn't be a big problem (I do get some lag spikes every once in a while but not often). I know all the rules for guarding and I know what to jail for. I won't abuse any powers I get like jailing. I know what to jail for and if anything is bad (spamming/advertising while a Warden/Alpha is not online) I'll be sure to let the proper people know. If there is a riot anywhere I will be sure to get there ASAP and try to fight it off. If a prisoner needs an escort somewhere I'll be sure to help him or her out. Or if a prisoner is being camped, I will go the scene and watch. If they are actually being camped, I will end up jailing them. I don't play many other games (just League of Legends a bit) so basically all my time will go to Minecraft. I don't want to make this any longer than it is now, so I'll leave it here. First off, I don't want to catch rule breakers, since that is simply not what is about being an admin. It's about assisting players, which is what I want to do. As well, I'd like to mention that I am not as "expert" at PVP as other players. But again, being a guard isn't about being good at PVP! You're given your kit and you should be fine with it. Sure, some rule enforcement is needed. But what you're doing while enforcing rules is helping other players maintain an enjoyable game environment where everyone could have fun. I honestly enjoy speaking with other people, which is why I think being a guard could a great opportunity. Speaking of opportunities, I know that being a guard isn't easy and it has numerous responsibilities. One of the main reasons I am applying to be a guard is because I'd like to receive more responsibilities in the server. A player is more or less limited on the number of responsibilities they have, simply because they're just normal players. Sure, you can help players who are in need of help, but other than that, there aren't many opportunities available. As well, as a guard, there are many opportunities for advancement. As a regular player, you can advance along the blocks, but the privileges are more or less the same. As a guard, you are assigned different responsibilities and have different privileges, which could be very interesting as a guard.

Why you deserve to be un-banned: It was a pretty long time ago and I still keep this server on my list, because I loved it and I would really love to play again. I know I don't deserve to be aloud back in, but I promise you that if I am given a second chance, you will not regret your decision, and you will see me play fairly and frequently. This was honestly the only server I have ever found that I truly enjoyed and could not stop playing. I know I just sound like another punk kid who ruins servers, but I made an honest mistake, as everyone does at some point. I can see from your perspective why you would choose to not allow me to be back in, but I hope you find the time to consider my request.

(1-2 paragraphs): Well I've been playing a lot of prison servers, and notice that guards aren't really checking all the blocks, because they're preoccupied with C block noobs punching them and running off. I would like to be a guard so I can help deal with unruly players, and help out with the occasional Free's causing problems. I love this server, and want to help out with catching rulebreakers. I see a lot of people get away with running away from the guards. I will never abuse, and I'll record almost everything I do since there are people who will yell out "Abuse" everytime you move.
I won't abuse any kits/powers, and I even just caught someone hacking. I love having authoritahh on servers, and working my way up the food chain is my favorite thing to do. I can help noobs out because I read the chat assuming I'm not busy (You'd be surprised at the amount of servers that ignore you). If you promote me, I promise not to complain about anything that people higher rank than me say. Not sure what else to say!

A) I love RPGs and love to play all the parts.
B )I would like to enforce justice on those who believe they can get away with killing others (I've had my own personal experience with these kinds of people) and i think to myself sometimes what if i were a six or seven year old kid who loves to play minecraft and want to enjoy it to its fullest extent, and he finds convicted thinking it will be fun, and it is, so he works hard to mine iron and coal and chops down trees and hurts no one in the process, untill that one day when he happens to have all his stuff with him and THINKS hes going to go mining for money, then some random guy in all diamond armor comes, kills him, takes this kids stuff and leaves without giving it a second thought. that's pretty sad.

5)Any experience with the prison genre?I tried DDTS and some other prison server, but I hated it. I did play on Convicted for quite a while and I do have experience with everything.

7)Why are you the best choice for guard?(1-2 paragraphs) I will start off by saying that I only play one two servers. Convicted and a server than I don't play much at all anymore. Basically I only play on Convicted, and I enjoy doing so. Convicted a such a well made server that I put all my Minecraft time into it. I have nothing to do this summer at all, so I have plenty of free time on my hand. I will put as much time into guarding (If I get accepted)as I can. I know all the rules for I have been a guard before. I know exactly what to jail for, and the things I should notify Wardens/Alphas about. I will follow all guard rules, and I will not abuse any of my given powers. I was a guard for a month or two but I quit due to school getting in the way. Once I came back I re-read the rules (and guard rules) from to make sure nothing has changed and to keep my memory fresh. Before I quit, while I was a guard, I absolutely loved guarding. It was one of the things that never got old. If I had any spare time on my hand I would get on convicted and do my job. Quitting guard wasn't a very easy choice to make, but it was for the best of me. I doubt I will quit for school again, for I have already studied next years curriculum and I already understand most of it. I treat all players with respect, weather they are a C or a Free. I try to help as many players as possible. If a fellow prisoner needs help, or has a question, I always try to help. I always have an eye peeled for any rule-breakers, cheaters, hackers, glitchers, etc... I will make sure to let a Warden, or an Alpha know if I find any of these types of people. I used to admin a server, so I know all the different cheat clients and what they do, so I can seek out hackers easier. As far as it comes to pvp, I don't want to judge myself, but I would say I was fairly well when I was a guard. I get decent FPS so lag shouldn't be a big problem (I do get some lag spikes every once in a while but not often). I know all the rules for guarding and I know what to jail for. I won't abuse any powers I get like jailing. I know what to jail for and if anything is bad (spamming/advertising while a Warden/Alpha is not online) I'll be sure to let the proper people know. If there is a riot anywhere I will be sure to get there ASAP and try to fight it off. If a prisoner needs an escort somewhere I'll be sure to help him or her out. Or if a prisoner is being camped, I will go the scene and watch. If they are actually being camped, I will end up jailing them. I don't play many other games (just League of Legends a bit) so basically all my time will go to Minecraft. I don't want to make this any longer than it is now, so I'll leave it here. I understand that Wardens check the forums frequently and that I must be patient for them to read it. I also understand that if this is ignored by the Wardens it usually means it has been declined.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs) I'll start with my reasons for applying for the guard position. First off, I don't want to catch rule breakers, since that is simply not what is about being an admin. It's about assisting players, which is what I want to do. As well, I'd like to mention that I am not as "expert" at PVP as other players. But again, being a guard isn't about being good at PVP! You're given your kit and you should be fine with it. Sure, some rule enforcement is needed. But what you're doing while enforcing rules is helping other players maintain an enjoyable game environment where everyone could have fun. I honestly enjoy speaking with other people, which is why I think being a guard could a great opportunity. Speaking of opportunities, I know that being a guard isn't easy and it has numerous responsibilities. One of the main reasons I am applying to be a guard is because I'd like to receive more responsibilities in the server. A player is more or less limited on the number of responsibilities they have, simply because they're just normal players. Sure, you can help players who are in need of help, but other than that, there aren't many opportunities available. As well, as a guard, there are many opportunities for advancement. As a regular player, you can advance along the blocks, but the privileges are more or less the same. As a guard, you are assigned different responsibilities and have different privileges, which could be very interesting as a guard.
