So just a question I thought would be neat to discuss upon, who is/are your favorite minecraft xbox360 youtubers? I only know a few, and thought it would be cool if there was a thread where i could discover more. So without further a due:
One of my favorites is OverLookedEnT www.youtube.com/user/OverlookeDEnT
I usually just stick around to watch his redstone tutorials, which are uploaded quite frequently.
Another is GamesGaloreAndMore www.youtube.com/user/GamesGaloreAndMore
I took the time to learn how to build nordic houses, and they put basic designs out there.
Thats really all i watch i was wondering where i could find more thanks.
I'm the same, I try to just create what comes to my mind instead of copying ideas of Youtube channels although occasionally I will just type "Minecraft castles" into Google and see the images for inspiration.
Just me, ok, but I've (started to) watch many you tubes but I quit them if:
* It starts with an ad- they're just trying to make money off me and I've already seen those ads way too many times.
* Loud rock music. Or any music. I'm watching to learn about MC, not get their musical preferences shoved down my throat.
* Narration by a squeaker. Sorry, at my age a 10 year old can't teach me anything.
* Views that keep jumping and swinging around for no reason. Makes me seasick. Do they know what they're doing and why they're making the vid in the first place?
* Profanity. 4 years in the military, 20+ years working with truck drivers and mechanics, 20+ years playing in bars... I know profanity. I don't need to hear it from some kid just trying to be cool (recording with his bedroom door shut so his mommy won't hear him).
* Pointless multiplayer banter. Several guys just running around the landscape jawing, not really doing anything. What a waste of bandwidth... and my time.
* Let's plays. The only thing I've learned from them is what not to do. Watching others play is about like standing on the corner and watching other people drive by. ???
* Any youtube that starts off with "Hey, guys, what's up? _______ here!". (Right, I'm gonna learn something from this vid.) Instant quit.
Needless to say, I don't watch many you tubes... at all, and I'm not impressed with 99% of the MC you tubers out there.
Are there good ones out there? Of course. I've seen several informative, really good you tube tutorials.
Do I know who they're done by? Sorry, no. But you'll know one when you see it!
I can only mention 2 as they are the only 2 that I know of that do xbox version. One you already mentioned.
and the other being LMNO Steve. He was switching to the xbox one version, and right now that is what he is waiting for. He does other things and also does pc version as well.
I mainly like Let's plays more than a tutorial, as I enjoy seeing how people go about the game & you tube experience. I admit I don't really find interest in certain ones but I do watch quite a few, even if most are pc oriented... I only watch a tutorial if I want to know a specific thing or want to know a different way to go about something; usually redstone device or logic of some kind.

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.

Thanks for the post. I can agree with your lets plays statement, in fact it made me chuckle
Usually oPryzeLP or OverLookedEnT. I don't watch xbox YouTube that often, but when I do, I watch the. Most of the other MC360 YouTubers just do it for money. Not going to name any, but they do speculation videos all the time, it's annoying.
I've been watching the Achievement Hunters for the MCXBOX360 version, and the Yogscast for the PC version. The Achievement Hunter crew have done a few LPs on the PC version, and they did at least one LP in a Hypixel Adventure map, Zombie Apocalypse.

Honestly I haven't seen one Xbox 360 user vid that I liked. Overlooked I just can't stand, and the reason is his signature 'bam'. I know he may think he needs some type of signature greeting or saying, but this makes the vid look very childish, and I actually consider it somewhat offensive and I close it at that point.
Also its a general turn off when a user shows how to build something that they generally have no idea of how or why it works, case in point is when Overlook did a tutorial on a sand generator, which is somewhat very poorly done with little research on it, with a simple modification to the machine he could have done sooo much better without the need to 'replace' sand every time. If your gona take the time to do a vid take the time to do it right...researching all possible ways, and understanding the redstone and mechanics behind it.
That said however, I do like many PC MC users including DocM, etho, TangoTex, but most importantly JL2579, and lets never forget the legendary Panda4994. If your looking to understand MC under the hood then Kaboo should be followed as well, he does many mods for PC MC but he goes indepth at explaining how the code works and this information can be extremely useful even to us 360 users.

There is a time when youtubers stop caring, i think. Because they upload content all the time they probably don't take time to map things out. I haven't come across any of his videos (yet) that were badly constructed but have seen this with "other" youtubers.
OverlookedEnt has some of the most informative, well-explained videos, with a minimum of irritating nonsense. He has also given us quite a few tutorials over a long time.
mines beachill i watched his old lets play when mc360 came out but now i watch his terraria videos

i think we should all use common sense and logic when we answer and ask a question but always stay open minded
just cause science fails to explain something does not mean its real (afterlife, big foot, ghosts etc..) does not mean its fake try to stay opened mined instead of closed

I have to agree, and although he may not know everything in depth as to how and why something works, he does draw upon a wide variety of resources and player base to get ideas to 'report on'... but, I too, find his 'BAM' signature greeting to be somewhat irritating... but it is a small thing to endure to get some fairly decent content from time to time.

He hasn't done anything that hasn't been done, and has been done much better in other vids. I won't say anything more on this, and I'm happy he could help you, hes just not someone I find very helpful and "I" find hes almost obnoxious to watch because of ignorance of information he leaves out.

Maybe I just don't have really high expectations from youtube in general... I'll have to check out those people you recommended, I don't believe I've seen their work before, but I have heard of some of them:
