Ok, I''ve had minecraft since early Alpha, and this has only started happening since the 1.7 update. I play regularly, and recently strange things have happened. My favourite world has had strange pyramid things built on it, and whenever I explore a new world, it seems as if someone has just clenly sliced parts of my world. Trees missing leaves, mountains missing a side, etc...
But recently, something new happened. I woke up to find all the glass on the outside of my house smashed, and a small hole in my wall.
Is there something wrong with my copy? I just installed mo'creatures? Is it interfering?
The 'clean slice' thing is your seed having changed. SOmetimes the level.dat goes corrupt (especially if the game crashes/power goes out while playing). Half the time the world needs to be recovered. The other half, it does it on its own, but the seed changes. Those 'slices' are terrain being generated on the new seed.
As for the hole... Mo Creatures probably. Sounds like a creeper thing owned it.

Did your world disappear from minecraft? Is it corrupt? Lags? Can't move? "Saving Chunks" Crash? Crashes when you open chests? It can be saved!

Herobrine is a meme for minecraft that people always refer to when weird stuff happens.
I'd have to see the hole.. But when mods like that are involved, anything can happen really.

Lol :biggrin.gif:
But the not-properly generated chunk is so queer :ohmy.gif:
the pyramids can ALWAYS be fake, ANYTHING CAN BE FAKE,WE'LL NEVER BE SURE OF ANYTHING.
do you have pictures of trees missing leaves?
Not missing all their leaves, no. But some are missing sides where the chunks were cut, I'm assuming.
You already made a thread about this. Pretty sure you're just trolling now.

(probably seed problem)
Herobrine? Someone explain please?
This is only happening on Single player.
BTW, if you're referring to the ogres in mo' creatures, the hole was waay too neat to be an ogre.

...But if that's your opinion, it's not my place to force you to think otherwise.
BTW, what is a Herobrine? I think I've heard of it before. Sorry if I'm new to the forums :tongue.gif:
