I bought the game, almost 2 weeks ago (with Visa), and I have seen other people struggling with their premium account. I saw on a post that maybe the server was not working so I waited a while. I checked the bank, and there is no money taken out for the game. I think it doesn't take the money out till it registers and I get the email, but I am not sure what to do, whether to try to buy it again or what.
Also I used all the correct information with my account email, and the sorts, but I want to know if anyone knows about the server being messed up or anything.

i think you should wait a little bit longer. I had a friend buy some gift codes for 3 people but since he was impatient with the billing and continued to click buy it gave him 6 instead if it doesn't happen for another week contact Monjang and let them know that you haven't gotten your game yet

I sent 2 emails, to monjang telling them that I had not received the game yet, I sent one to an email I got from that support page on the site. The other one I sent straight to monjang. I know I should wait a little bit longer but it has been almost 2 weeks, and I am starting to think it won't come.
Also, I noticed Paypal is probably the main way of buying it, but I noticed it is in euros. If I used Paypal how does it work with Canadian money, because I don't know how euros work and changing it from Canadian.
There are a lot of problems regarding minecraft and paying for it. Usually it takes extended amounts of time because everyone wants the game.(why wouldn't you? it's minecraft xD) anyway. I say wait it out a couple more days but if it still says money hasn't been taken out, that is when you need to think about trying to purchase it again. Mojang usually can't back to you because of the mass amount of emails they get a day about it. Hope I helped, Thanks

Did you buy the game with the visa recently? I might just try again, or I might use paypal this time, but I am not sure yet.
