Your graphics card is most likely not up to par if you record with lag with those specs. You could try the trial of DXTORY, that's pretty efficient. Otherwise, you need a new computer.
#1 have a good computer
#2 have good (paid most likely) recording software
#3 encode it perfectly ( i dont know the entire encoding settings)
#4 if any of these didnt help, then you are going to have to record with lag.
#5 there is no such thing as no lag!
Buy a mac xD ahahah built in everything, built in recording and built in editing (iMovie and quicktime player) and also direct youtube upload so yeh… xD;D

I have a mac and i bought an Alienware X51 R2 to play games on. I can run minecraft 64x64 max settings without lag. Oh shoot! Thats why I am lagging while recording, im using a 64x64 texture pack at the same time!

If you really like resource packs and want absolutely no lag, use a 16x16 or 8x8 resource pack.
I have a Youtube channel myself and my friend usually lags while recording as well. Here are some suggestions to this problem that you can try out:
1.) Get a really good gaming computer such as an Alienware or Razor. Desktop computers are recommended as well.
2.) Download Optifine which allows you to get more frames ( I have Optifine, and it gives me at least 30-40fps; enough to PvP)
3.) Google a different type of recording program. I record with QuickTime Player which requires a Mac.
4.) Improve your RAM card or your graphics card, or allocate your Minecraft
5.) Don't have too many applications running at the same time which will drain your RAM
6.) Use a more simple/plain texture pack
7.) Go into your Options of your Minecraft and turn off the things that add more graphics+pixels ( Clouds, render distance, Fancy Graphics, etc. )
8.) Minimize your Minecraft screen ( I do it and it reduces lag )

Problem! There is no such thing as a laptop that can play games well. It is a marketing ploy by big companies like alienware to make you pay more. Build your own PC. You will pay the same price as an Alienware laptop with 2x-4x the performance.
