I'd like this to. He did mention in his latest vid he will be uploading the code for the quarry in episode 24. Just waiting for the link.
Still waiting ... Heck I get a error on the silly "test" program he did, he didn't scroll over so can't see what all he put after the print("teleport:"..tostring(m.teleport( <---Lost character(s) off screen
After several weeks of standing in front of my 24 Recyclers, feeding them cobblestone, dirt, gravel and other excess blocks to turn into scrap, then converting all that scrap into UU Matter in my Mass Fabricator, I have finally made enough Iridium Plate to complete one of my ultimate goals with this modpack: obtain the Gravitation Suit Chestplate. Of course I've used up all my Iridium Plate, not to mention a lot of copper and tin used in the Gravitation Engines, as well as some other resources.
Building the Recyclers and equipping them with 3 Overclocker Upgrades and 1 Transformer Upgrade each have been well worth the resources I have spent on them.
This item is not only way OP, it is ridiculously expensive, and has got to be the single most complex recipe in IC2 or any of its addons I have ever done. The MV Solar Arrays or the Nuclear Reactors I built in my 1.2.5 worlds don't even come close in complexity or resource costs.

I love the crafting chain for the Gravity Suit, and I'd love to see more uses for some of its components.

"I dunno, ZK, that sounds pretty awesome..." "Well then, let's get awesome!"
I had another glitch spawn incident with a creeper a short time ago. This time it was in my storage room. I lost 2 diamond chests, and a lot of ingots and gems, as well as items in my fuels chest (I split ingots, gems so on according to how they are transmuted as in EE2. Anything transmuted as fuel goes in one chest, while everything else goes in another). Everything that wasn't lost got scattered all over the place.
Fortunately,I had backed up my save just prior to going through a newly created Twilight Forest portal, in case anything went wrong in that area. I had done a little bit since then, no major building, only some mining for coal and redstone. I was going to use both in making an MFSU I could carry with me to recharge the GraviSuit, and also made 6 Lapotron crystals to discharge into the MFSU.
It seems this glitched movement of entities is causing quite an issue for me when it comes to creepers; I think I may either add a mod that disables their explosions, one which I can activate while inside my base, and back up my save more often. It was fortunate I had done so only a short time ago - I apparently lost all my tin among other things.
My Twilight Forest spawn also changed. I'm in a Mushroom biome right on the edge of ocean at Y=31. Previously I spawned in a forest a few levels higher at Y=34.
EDIT: Actually, after watching again there are lines of code missing from the above link. Lines are missing from check location function.
Tried it myself. Fixed a spelling error in the function CheckFull ("Full Eneryt" should be "Full Energy")
Works at each end until it "purtles", then it just sits on the teleporter at the other end and does nothing. The empty energy cell is sitting in the turtle's inventory. I don't want to put the program into a startup routine until it's running correctly.
I don't know anything about Lua, but the code seems correct. Anyone got any ideas of what line the error is? How do I correct it?
Edit:
LOL! Immodium, you must have edited your comment just as I was replying. So, can you tell me yet what is missing?
*sigh* my turtle checks the redstone cell at the charging station then just sits there, was at it for hours yesterday then just gave up, way to frustrating and ruins gameplay when your standing there scratching your head trying to understand what Dire is talking about,
then he says "Oh check out my mod spotlights if you want to learn more about turtles"
Which spotlights?????? the man does and has TONS of them, honestly think it's a bit unfair to those of us joining Dire's series for the first time for him to just start a complex system then tell us to go elsewhere to find information on them.
If you have not looped the code, each time the turtle "purtles" you have to run the code again as it only runs once. When it runs once it will check if its at power station or quarry and then decide on what to do next.
The missing lines of code you can see for yourself at around the 31:44/45 of the video. I'm completely new to LUA so can't take a guess what he has coded after the THEN as it's off screen.
The THEN follows a getItemCount command, which im guessing is checking if the redstone energy cell is in the turtles inventory.
EDIT: It looks like he has put some turtle movement commands under the checkLocation function if the turtle is at the quarry. Maybe he has moved the movement commands from the actual program and moved them to the function?
Yeah, probably did some rearranging. But I don' t know enough LUA to guess at how or what in order to reconstruct what he has done. Too frustrating to continue for now. I'll have to wait until he posts the actual link to the real pastebin file. Tried to search for it but found nothing, so I don't think it's been posted yet.

I posted a link earlier in the thread. It's not direwolfs, someone has copied it. The code is not identical but it looks like it should work(not tested myself).
That's the one I used, doesn't work, turtle just sits after checking the cell ( empty or full don't matter, still just sits after checking) and as Trubador says to frustrating to continue, personally I'd prefer he (Direwolf20)left turtles alone unless he is going to explain in more detail what the heck he's doing.

I'd suggest you make some Tesla coils and place them in the areas where enemies spawn or glitch in. If I remember rightly, an active redstone signal turns them on. Just be careful to disable your Tesla coils when you want to enter those places. Remember that enemies don't spawn within 24 blocks of the player unless you're near a mob spawner.

I am building along with Dire and have my forcefield set up minus the computers (not a fan of code I didnt write myself). But I have a concern. How is he going to protect the cables and MFFS projector that is inside the wither arena? I have my own ideas but does anyone else see this as a potential problem or am I missing something?

Any chance of getting Advanced Solar Panels Mod added to the pack? I was going to make the Ultimate Solar Helmet from the GraviSuit Mod but can't due to the lack of the solar panel that is used to craft the darn thing. Not sure, but I think it would make a good combo with my GraviChestPlate to help defer some of the power usage....that thing eats EU like its going out of style. Also, where is the best place to learn about programming those turtles? I don't know Lua yet and all the resources i can find don't pertain too much to programming in minecraft. Any help would be appreciated as they look really cool and I would love to learn how to do some impressive things with them on my own.
Equivalent exchange 2 doesn't even exist for 1.4.7.
It has Equivalent Exchange 3, which is already a part of the mod pack.
I would suggest going to the experts then and contact FTB support.
It might take a day, but they will respond.
Good luck.
