A T flip-flop is a fairly complex logic gate, which toggles the output on and off each time it receives a powered input. Sense the button only gives a second or two of current, the T flip-flop allows the button to behave like a switch. If you want, you can read more about them here and here.
Here's the screenshot of what's powering that shower, so you can see how a T flip-flop looks in minecraft.
Yeah, it's very big. When I've built it, I ran red stone through the walls and down to the T flip-flop which was under ground in my redstone cellar, then back up. It wasn't perfect, but it worked.
I am modifying it for looks. One main thing is that it has hot water now (I put two buttons with red and blue wool under them...). I also made it a little bigger in case you have company. Haha, probably not. I might put a chair in too, in case your fat.
Well, I am trying to find a more compact t flip-flip, but it is still pretty big. I think it might be easier to just use a lever or maybe a pressure plate. Motion sensor shower. lol.

If you don't mind using pistons, you can make a really small T-flip-flop quite easily. It's like this:
ERRE
TBBT
PBEP
BTEB
(sideview)
E - empty block, R - redstone dust, T - redstone torch, B - block (any block except for obsidian or bedrock :tongue.gif:), P - normal piston
The input is the redstone dust on top and the output is the torch on the bottom.
The piston table and the bar chairs are so boss.
And is that a legit mirror in the bathroom pic?
Mods?
Hax?
Well, it is actually an illusion. I duplicated the room in another room, and you can see it through the glass. I added an NPC to make it look like a mirror. I think it's clever, but a waste of space.
I am going to be making a video of my newest creation sooner or later. It is a very large and fancy castle, I named Arroway Castle. Basically, it is a huge castle with lots of furniture. Like the stuff I have put on the original post of this thread. I will post a link when we are done, if anyone is interested.
i think im going to use a few of those strategys for my extremely collosal hotel im building(it includes a beach,a pool and villas on the top floor :biggrin.gif:

Which directions to the pistons face? I've never seen this before, I'm very interested.

I'll have to give you rep tomorrow since I met my quota. D:
Good job, though!
They face inside (towards the middle block).
