I made it out of Fimo (a type of modeling clay) around the flash drive, peeled it off, re-shaped it, baked it, then superglued it on.

I couldn't get the cap out of the head, so I just baked it with it, but it shrunk so I couldn't fit it on. I ended up just taking it it out of the head with a pair of scissors.

If anybody wants to try this themselves, be warned. The Fimo will shrink.
