Awesome, I've been looking for something to play for quite a while now. I've actually been looking forward to this a lot, I just haven't found the time to make a post about it.
Before I play, what Minecraft version is TOTS made for?

I think this is a great idea, to have a CTM map with a storyline. I think it is original and will attract many new players. I'm pretty sure that some people will try to copy this idea so I reccomend making sure people know that you are the one who started this concept.BTW, if you need a beta tester I am willing to apply.

You dont need to apply, the beta download is on the thread, it doesn't fully have the story implemented yet though.
Been playing Tater TOTS for about an hour and a half now, and so far it's pretty good. Currently I have the white, orange, and light blue, and I'm working on magenta.
Feedback on every area I've seen so far:
White: Great as is. Don't change a thing. I especially like the little snippets of info on the ruins, hidden chests, etc.
Intersection 1: Awesome. Creative, and it looks great.
Orange: Chaotic but balanced. Honestly I don't think you need to change much here. One thing that concerned me is that a ghast may or may not have set the area on fire as I was leaving, and since I exited the session, I have no idea what that will do to my framerate.
Magenta: I've only done a little bit of this, but at the moment it seems like there's a little too many natural spawns. I'll give further feedback when I'm done with the area.
Light Blue: Very dangerous and intimidating, but the difficulty is suitable if you know what you're doing. The knockback items provided are very helpful. I haven't gone into the cave on the left yet, so I might mention that later on.
Intersection 2: Interesting. I haven't seen what's on the bottom yet, though.
Monument: Looks very nice, but it isn't very functional. The area's a little small for a comfortable base, and in all honesty a teleporter back to Intersection 1 is essential here considering how easy it is to die in the light blue area.
Loot/Overall: I'm really enjoying it so far! The areas all look fairly nice, the loot system is generally well done despite being random, and for the most part the gameplay is nicely balanced. I do think, however, that more armor/building blocks and less spells would be nice as far as loot goes.

The loot actually is hand placed. I just made it look random.

You still didn't fix that tiny pocket of air to the side of the spawn lake! I told you about that first thing in my beta reviews! It bugs me!
So far so good though. I enjoy the new small ruins around the spawn area and the sewers beneath I1 are also very nice. I also see you took my advice to add a bit of difficulty to the White Wool hallway. Only played a little bit so far but it's much improved from the beta so far.

Just so you know, there are a lot of story-based CTM maps out there. Orchard isn't the first one to come up with it by a long shot.
@Sketch: As to what's at the bottom of I2, I think you'll enjoy that. I sure did.
Otherwise, I'm looking forward to seeing all the new areas later in the map.
P.S. Just wondering, did I perhaps get a special weapon/item somewhere in the map?

1.6.2-1.7.4 but 1.6.2 is recommended.
I dont exactly know what you mean, but the place this map takes place is in a continent called Erithia.
No it is a Complete the Monument map. Google super hostile if you want to learn more about the genre.

DeathBloom in Red wool not there, just a sign,
When mentioning the Waking Up area it is misspelled
Too many charged creepers
No bedrock/silverfish around enchant table
More coming soon!
This is the best part of the map
Blazes Chargers and ghasts are the main enemies in the map
Sure, can you post a link to your channel.
If you'll excuse me, I'm going to spend the next few hours completely looting the entire area.
