As it stands currently, I'm not actively looking for and adding people to a list of beta testers. The closed beta people will likely be picked through invite only, no applications.

Glad you enjoyed it! And I definitely hope you record DsD.
Okay, so I think it's about time I give you all another update.
Basically, work on DsD has slowed significantly over the past month, but it hasn't stopped completely. I'm about 75% done with the Gray Wool area, and all that's left is a bit of loot, spawners, and detail-work. I got a bit burnt-out working on that area, so I moved away from Minecraft for a while, going back to, yet again, Warframe. I came back about a week ago, and decided to work on revamping some of the old areas, starting with the Monument. I'm happy with how things are coming so far, but progress is going quite slowly. School and work are still taking up a lot of my time, as is the novel project I just picked up, so progress will likely continue to be slow.
I continually feel back about how little I'm saying to you guys about what's going on. I wish I could have real news to share, and some day I will, but for now I just need to echo what I've said countless times before: I have not given up on DsD.

I have not given up on DsD.
A good way to regain inspiration/interest in continuing mapping is playing other CTM maps. Of course I have never released a map but I may be wrong, but it worked for me on previous projects. Good luck.
I've actually got an area like that in Intersection 03, or at least with the ships that you suggested. It's the one that's at 5% completion.
And here's another teaser image!
Edit: And i got light gray!
SHARDVEIL COVE TOO EASY HMMMMM? WHAT NOW? >:}
i think you meant to say too easy.......................
MOAR DRADSKII
Sounds great, looking forward to it!
Spoilers please!

Don't really have much else to announce besides this, so here's another screenie of the area.
