(sorry for late reply) i'm not looking for beta testers right now, sorry. All my betas are invite only also, so there's that.

Dev Update 13! (ohnoes unluckthirteen)
So this week has been relatively productive!
I worked on loot a little, finished off all the axes/shovels, so that was good. I have yet to do armor as its the biggest challenge, but hopefully this coming week i can get some of those done.
Now I also worked in the monument area some, adding a pre-built base for the player to use if they want, as well as almost finishing one of my two bonus monuments. The one i almost finished, The Chronicle, is looking really good so far! I just need to detail it a bit more, then hand it over to a friend so he can really make it look purty (because he's good with libraries, i'm not particularly )
So that's about it. Even though i did a lot, this week was still really a relaxation week. I needed a bit of a break after loot-mania last week.
And now for the screenshot, this is The Chronicle, almost finished
I swear, ever since I played Spellbound Caves, "The Blackened Library" always made me love custom libraries in Minecraft. This one is one that I can really appreciate. Its detail is very nice and I think you did a good job on this.

Thanks!
However its not done, i still want to mix up the bookshelves, add some variation instead of having the same style repeat on all four walls. And then i hand it off to Fangride and he gets to work his magic on it
This week I made quite a bit of progress on BuckleBlast Foundry, making some more rooms and working on the "apartment block" section of the area! Soon I will move on to the final few rooms of that area and hopefully connect it up with Intersection 3
Also in other news, this weekend was the Strawberry Jam, a 72-hour CTM building jam! I made my own entry to the jam and I'm pretty happy with it, so I'll be posting it here in the spoiler below
Oh, and sorry for the slight lack of progress this week, been a bit tired out.
We will forever be...
Your love and greatest friend, Elyssa, has been taken by the great beast of the north.
This is a four-wool CTM map i made for the Strawberry Jam, which the theme of this time was Journey. This map is highly story based so keep that in mind before playing. Also natural spawns are turned off, fyi.
So this is one of those dev updates where i tell you there's not much to talk about, because honestly there's not.
I will say that this week I spent a lot of time reworking the backstory lore of the map. I gave a more meaningful reason for the Dungeon Hearts to exist, and many other gubbins, but I can't go into that because spoilers
I will say I've done a little work on BuckleBlast Foundry, and that area is going great so far! I can't wait until I get enough done that I can show you a bunch. Also working on a trailer, getting a help of the illustrious Fangride to do some voice-work for me to get that out to you. Hopefully, should get you excited, though i do wanna wait 'til i'm a little closer to releasing the actual map before I say anything
In other news I have been working on an adventure map kinda thing. Sorta an Adventurous Parkour Survival Puzzler CTM...thing...its complicated. However its main focus will be humor! Because we don't have enough genuinely funny maps in Minecraft.
So that's my jam for this week, and now for the screenies. Extremely vague this week because nothing to really show. :/
So this week instead of doing a Dev Update, i have to give a sad announcement
I will not be doing any more dev updates, regularly, between now and the summer. There's too much school shenanigans going on for me to do them, so sorry guys!
So this is a small dev update to explain some of the stuff i've been doing lately.
So first off, the apartment block bit of BuckleBlast Foundry is done! Yeeey! So that took much longer than expected and I wish I still might go back and do a bit more of that, spruce it up a bit, but for the most part its done.
The other thing is that I finished up the aesthetics for Bleakstone finally, removing all of the annoying random ice blocks around the first half, and adding lights to the underwater portion.
Finally, I have some plans in the works to start on Utopian District, and finish up The Fighters' Guild (finally)
So yeah that's it...
...
Oh yeah, and this. Now I know this video looks weird at first, but that "special announcement" is something you Speluncaphobia fans might be interested in...
(also the stupid video won't imbed, but maybe that's just a problem with me)
I was gotten to the point where I accept that I will never get to play your main map Apollo. Because you have been at it for so long and made so little progress I know that either the map will never be done or I will have left by then.

I so srry sniper ;3;
But in all seriousness I've made some great progress recently. Intersection 1 and 2 are aesthetically complete and I've started on Utopian District, which is probably the most difficult area to make so i'm glad i've even gotten started.
(also i might add you to the Intersection 1 beta if you want :P)
on another note: dang i need to work on my custom look. Why did I do a modifiers system D:

I would definitely love to participate in the I1 beta, I have loads of feedback I can give.
Can't wait for Speluncaphobia to come out!!!! It looks amazing!! I'll definitely use your banner!
*bites lip* oh yeah, I still have a map I'm making...
Sadly Speluncaphobia is going to be a while yet. For one, I'd really like some of the 1.8 features for it (i've got an underwater bit, so guardians would be nice) and I still need to finish up Utopian District, TFG and all of I4. I also need to do touch ups on all the other areas, and actually get I1 betas running...
Its a lot
But it's still happening! ...just slower than I'd like.
So since I realized I never put the announcement here, I would like to say that Deadly Dungeons, along with all my other ctm projects, are on hold until further notice! I might still update the thread, but not as much until some real progress is made. Sorry

lol yeah i know my acting was bad, but believe it or not most of that was unplanned. (meaning i wasn't reading a script or anything) so yeah...
Nah kidding, that was a great teaser.
