If more people think like ou, I will make the texture pack soon! And read the title... "Kino Der Toten". Also if any of you both, you can access to the beta downloads...
Nice job with this map. It's fun overall, but I've got a few questions / comments.
First, I answered "your decision" to the escape mode question, but I'd like to clarify that: I think if you do add it, you should make it optional, so the player can go as long as they wish, then escape.
I also answered no to the other mobs question, but this won't affect me either way, because I have other mobs disabled for this map on the server I run it on.
How does the upstairs floor trap work? I activated it, but it didn't seem to do anything.
The door on the other side of the stage (next to the "power" switch) has a design flaw: there are stairs immediately on the other side, so even when the door is open, it's not possible to go through it.
I have a question about the currency system. Are all of the item purchase locations reusable? I would actually include the doors in this question, because I'd like to be able to use the map multiple times without reloading it.
There is a set of doors that doesn't stay open after being purchased. It's the one by the upstairs trap, the second set of doors to be opened. I'm guessing this isn't intentional.
A couple of the doors are missing signs indicating their price.
How does the teleporter work? Do I have to do something besides turning the "power" on to use it?
Any plans to make any of the other zombie maps?
I haven't checked, but is there any kind of admin area? It'd be cool to have a button that opens or closes all the doors, for example. Closing the doors would especially be useful for resetting the map. If not, could this be added?
Awesome job with the map. This will keep me entertained for a while, and even longer if you keep up with the development.

I will check every door today for bugs.
The teleporter works, but I will verify.
I am maybe going to male another map, maybe an adventure, not sure.
The escape mode is another mode, being activated at spawn if you want to.
Every shop is reusable in-game, except for doors, these aren't. Maybe in a future update I will make that the doors reset after every respawn.
The upstairs trap work when you place the sand, don't throw it.
If you want you can be part of the beta testers team,to recieve this updates...
Kino Der Toten! V. 1.3 (Creation? N/A) by anonimo182
Date tested/downloaded: 2012-09-22
What is this? I know that "Kino der Toten" is German for "Cinema of the Dead", but that doesn't inform me of anything. So I start play in total ignorance and pretty soon I start to die in total ignorance. I kill some zombies and they kill me back. I respawn in a totally wrong position, have to die in a lava pit outside (??), and respawn on another wrong position. Finally I can climb in through some windows, (broken by me), but I die instantly. Again the question comes; What is this? There's absolutely no story, so it's not an Adventure. There's no puzzles, and it seems like one is trapped indoors, but there isn't any traps trying to kill you, (just zombies). So it's not an Escape map. Something tells me that it's some sort of Creation, were the map maker has recreated something. What, I don't know. Probably some B12-ish thing, that us grown-ups never heard of. I can't grade something I don't know what it is. It's seems to be good at killing players, whatever it is.
Sorry if you didn't understand. It is a game, so can you make a review again, please?

Cool, good to know. Did the door get fixed in this latest release?

While that would be good, that might complicate things if there are multiple players. What would be nice would be a button to reset all the doors. I built a proof-of-concept that shows a way to do this, I can upload the map later if you'd like.

I'll have to try this one again.
Another thing I thought of: in the interest of supporting multiple players, it'd be nice to have the spawn room be a little bigger.
Note that I haven't tried the new version yet, I'll post back when I do.

Every word you said is fixed or added, including the resetting doors, the changeable modes, and the bug fixes, so you could try it soon and tell me, ok?
I see that now. Sorry, my fault for not looking at the new version first.
Only a couple things for the new version. About the door on the far side of the stage: first, it doesn't open anymore. Second, while removing the block above it works, it might look nicer if the stairs were moved back around the corner (I tried this, and it is possible to do without messing up any redstone).
The zombie-stop button does close all the doors, sweet! Well, except for the one controlled by the power switch, but that's not hard to work around.
One more thing I just now noticed. Zombies seem to be spawning even before the button is pushed to start the round. I believe it did this on the last version too.
Edit: now that I think about it, that might just be zombies that aren't in the first room. Are the other spawners not connected to that button?
Thanks again for the awesome map, and for updating it so fast!
For the door at the stage, it was my fault that I left that button, that door is suposed to open through the way that it follows, in this case, the lower route. I don't care about messing with redstone for that door, I am just lazy to move all the stairs Trying the map now to check it
Why don't you tell people what it is? I bet you get a lot more players of your map, if everybody knows what it is! Treat people like humans that need to know and they will thank you for it.
I have checked and it's a level to CoD: Black Ops, right? So it's a (interactive) Creation for me. But in order to grade it, I have to play the original game. I've liked CoD earlier, but grew tired of FPS and haven't followed that series at all.
By checking on some sites for CoD, I can tell that your MC-version is pretty good. The spawn area is not working, but other than that, it seems good and solid.
I didn't know what it was, as you need to survive, but without placing blocks (Except sand), so I thought it was a survival/adventure, but then I realize it is a Game, or in your words, a interactive creation. Sorry for that, I already fixed it
Three news, 1. I am currently working on a totally new map, 2. If any one has any idea of how to make a donate button for Paypal, please tell me, 3. Should I use adf.ly for this map from now on?
What's your new map called?
